Welding equipment,known as the "sewing machine" for industrial manufacturing,occupies an important position in the industrial manufacturing field.Although China is the world's largest welding power supply manufacturing base,high-end welding power supply is still basically monopolized by foreign countries,and high-end welding power supply technology is still controlled by people.There is a big gap between the fully digital control technology and the advanced foreign technology.One of the gaps between the welding machine independently developed in my country and the high-end welding machines abroad is the gap in welding quality.Exploring the welding seam forming has important guiding significance for improving welding quality,welding machine design and high-end welding power source production.This subject takes welding arc information acquisition and analysis as the starting point.First,a software and hardware system based on LabVIEW for multi-channel synchronous data acquisition is built for data acquisition and analysis.The hardware system mainly includes a multi-channel synchronous data collection box and a host computer packaged by a data acquisition card,various sensors,switching power supplies,circuit boards and toroidal transformers.The main function of the multi-channel synchronous data collection box is to complete the synchronous collection of multi-channel sensors and effective data conversion.The actual data during welding is collected by the sensor into a multi-channel synchronous data collection box,and the actual data is scaled and converted into a voltage signal that can be recognized by the collection card through the circuit board in the collection box,and filtered to ensure the authenticity of the data Then,a data acquisition card is uploaded to the host computer for data analysis.The software system is a short-circuit transition welding data acquisition and analysis system developed based on LabVIEW software.Its main function is to control the acquisition start and stop of the acquisition card to ensure multi-channel simultaneous acquisition,as well as read,analyze and save the collected data.Select a representative welding machine for short-circuit transition welding experiment,perform welding experiments on different welding machines under thesame set of welding parameters,compare the penetration of the weld produced by the experiment,and compare the actual welding data collected and analyze The gap between different welding machines summarizes and analyzes the effective methods for controlling the penetration,which is of guiding significance for the production of welding machines.
