In the process of welding,the welding quality is related to many process parameters,but the impact is the biggest.It is easy to detect and collect the welding current and arc voltage.The stability of the current and voltage in the welding process directly determines the quality of the welding quality,so the welding process parameters Real-time acquisition,monitoring,and analysis are especially important.According to the idea and characteristics of virtual instrument,this paper independently establishes a welding IoT system based on virtual instrument LabVIEW welding parameter acquisition.The system consists of a hardware signal acquisition circuit,a wireless transceiver module,and a LabVIEW acquisition system.The device is used for Hall current,voltage sensor,A/D conversion module,single chip microcomputer,wireless data transmission module and so on.After the hardware system completes the acquisition,the software system uses the virtual instrument LabVIEW to write the host computer system interface program.The whole system has the functions of real-time parameter acquisition,parameter saving,waveform display,waveform playback,abnormal alarm,etc.The interface is realistic and the operation is simple.The system establishes a communication bridge between the human and the welding equipment,can perform real-time online collection of the welding process parameters and transmit the data to the user end by means of wireless transmission,and the user terminal can monitor the operating system through the URL network address to construct a person and Internet of Things system between devices.The practical problems that can be solved by using this system are as follows: one is to avoid the disadvantages caused by most wired collection equipments such as wiring troubles in the welding workshop,and the other is to realize remote online monitoring of welding parameters by operators,such as welding abnormalities during welding.In the case of non-standardization,the system can promptly alert the operator to facilitate timely adjustment,avoiding material waste caused by unqualified welding quality after welding,and timely discovering problems and adjusting in time,thus saving costs.The third is to use the system to collect welding process parameters to save each welding parameter information,and also has a waveform playback function,which can save the experimental results to a network database,which is convenient for post-weld analysis and research,and is of great significance in improving welding quality.Finally,remote monitoring reduces the hazard to the operator itself and avoids direct contact with the welding arc.The experiment first tested the system's wireless communication capability,and measured the maximum communication distance of 265 m,which can meet the needs of the laboratory and welding site.In order to prevent signal collisions during the simultaneous acquisition of multiple welder operating parameters in the welding line,Code Division Multiple Access(CDMA)is used.Through the normal conditions of the tungsten argon arc welding conditions collected by the acquisition system and the parameters and waveforms under the conditions of changing the welding conditions,the factors affecting the TIG welding current and voltage are analyzed,and the waveform of the CO2 gas shielded welding process obtained by the system is analyzed.The graph analyzes the droplet transfer process,analyzes the system waveform diagram to explore the influence of airflow on the weld formation,and also proves that the hardware acquisition circuit,software program,wireless module and LabVIEW running interface program of the system are all feasible,and the collected data is available.Complete and reliable,it can provide an intuitive and reliable basis for analysis and evaluation of welding quality,and also use professional instruments to verify the accuracy and reliability of the system.The collection system is rich in functions,can be changed according to the needs of the installation,and can also provide reference and guidance for the development of the welding process.
