Study On Breast Shape And Bra Structure Design Of Young Women In Central China

Clothing design must be based on human body.This paper used 3D body scanner produced by German to have measured 180 young women aged 18-25 years in the central China,studied the shape of chest and designed the structure of bra prototype.1.Gaining human data and preliminary data analysisOn the basis of human body measurement,preliminary data analysis in this paper includes screening of singular value and test of normality.Though this test,no singular value was found,and the sample distribution is normal distribution,it indicates that the measured data are valid data.Using software of data statistics,valuing the young women's body shape from the two aspects of horizontal and vertical proportion.The results showed that: in the aspects of horizontal proportion,just less than 5% of the young female reached the ideal horizontal ratio in head ratio and waist ratio.In the aspects of vertical,about half of young female reaches the ideal vertical ratio.2.Analyzing of chest data and construction of chest stereoscopic shapeAiming at chest morphological classification,raising a standard of chest morphological classification,the standard is use the three indexes of a,b and c to classify.The classification results are as follows: most of the individuals belong to external-flat type,external-standard type and standard-standard type,and their percentages are 28.3%,27.8% and 22.2% respectively.Correlation analysis was performed on 20 detail chest date by SPSS,the results showed that there are 11 detail chest date that they are related,and draw the relevant regression equation between them,such as the relevant equation between the outward arc of breast cup with bust(B)and under bust(UB): the outward arc of breast cup =0.193 * B-0.111 * UB+2.608.At the same time,the three-dimensional construction of chest shape and breast root circumference shape was completed,and the bra cup's dart have been figured.3.Design of brassiere structureAccording to the relevant regression equation between detail chest date and the three-dimensional construction of chest shape,gaining the drawing method of young female bra's prototype.According to the platemaking formula,obtaining difference value of bra prototype in difference size.4.Automatic generation of bra prototypeAccording to the established mathematical model of the bra cup's structure and the drawing principle of brassiere structure,combining Matlab software,the automatic system of young women's bra prototype is obtained finally,which can provide a reference for bra design and manufacturers in China.
