On the basis of the present situation and development trend of the rock bolt drill at home and abroad,combined with the actual needs of the coal mine roadway support engineering in our country,this paper designs a new type of double arm hydraulic rock bolt drill boom structure.Compared with the existing boom structure of rock bolt support equipment,it has the characteristics of large working space,high working efficiency,good safety performance,compact structure,etc.,with a one-time working space of 2 At least 0cubic meter,both arms can work at the same time or independently,and the working platform can be raised and lowered or tilted,which can effectively solve the problems of small working space,low working efficiency and insufficient safety guarantee of domestic bolt support equipment.Based on a coal mine heavy industry company in Jiangsu Province,through comparing the existing bolt drilling products on the market,this paper analyzes its shortcomings,and according to the operation requirements,puts forward a new type of boom structure design scheme,which can solve the problems existing in the operation process of the current products,and greatly improves the operation performance of the coal mine tunnel drilling equipment.In this paper,the boom structure of the double arm hydraulic anchor drilling vehicle is designed in detail: a three-dimensional model of the boom structure is created by using Proe,the functions and functions of each component of the boom structure are introduced in detail,and its working capacity is analyzed,and the conclusion that the design scheme of the boom structure of the double arm hydraulic anchor drilling vehicle can meet the operation requirements is drawn.Then use ANSYS Workbench software,through the method of finite element analysis,carries on the structural statics analysis to the boom structure under the dangerous working condition,obtains the conclusion that the initial design of the boom structure can meet the strength and rigidity design requirements under the dangerous working condition;then carries on the lightweight optimization design to the designed boom structure,makes the designed boom structure reduce the mass,and carries on the statics examination again In order to ensure that the strength and rigidity of the optimized boom structure still meet the requirements,the modal analysis and fatigue analysis of the optimized boom structure are carried out,and the natural frequencies,modes and fatigue life of each stage of the boom structure are obtained,which provides a reliable theoretical basis for avoiding resonance and fatigue failure of the boom structure.The boom structure model and simulation results show that the boom structure function of the new dual arm hydraulic anchor drilling vehicle meets the design requirements,and meets the expected requirements in terms of strength,stiffness,lightweight,vibration dynamic stability and fatigue life,which provides a theoretical basis for the production and manufacturing of the prototype and provides a reference for further research on the boom structure of the anchor drilling vehicle.
