In recent years,major emergency accidents such as explosions,fires and poisonous gas leaks often occur in chemistry and chemical engineering laboratories of universities,dangerous goods warehouse and other outdoor places in China.These poses a threat to the lives and property safety of staff and the surrounding people and caused tremendous property losses to the country.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research of wireless monitoring system for chemistry and chemical engineering laboratories and emergency accidents.Based on the core element of MSP430FG4619 MCU,the security monitoring node in this dissertation is built by use of toxic and combustible gas sensor,smoke sensor,temperature & humidity sensor,serial camera,wireless module and GPRS module,etc.Aiming at the special environment of chemistry and chemical engineering laboratory,the general interface module and automatic fire extinguishing device of external sensors are added.Aiming at the harsh environment and suddenness of accidents,the self protection function and GPS positioning module of nodes are added into the nodes.And in view of the particularity of the monitoring data in the industrial production field,the “plug-in” wireless sensor network(WSN)node is designed based on the signal distributor.Besides the fault self-diagnosis function is designed and perfected,so that it can remotely monitor the working status of wireless sensor nodes.The experimental results show that the monitoring method proposed in this dissertation can be used for on-line monitoring of combustible gas,toxic gas,temperature and humidity,smoke and other parameters.When there is a dangerous situation,it can realize real-time alarm and take appropriate protection measures.It can be applied to the chemistry and chemical engineering laboratory,the accident scene in the process of the production,transportation and storage of dangerous goods.The “plug-in” WSN node can acquire various detection signals from the industrial production site based on the signal distributor by configuring the conversion module of different analog signals,and does not affect the production line and the original measurement and control system in the industrial field.Therefore,the monitoring method has good use value and broad application prospects.
