Scientific and technological progress has led to the vigorous development of industrial automation technology.Non-contact parts detection and positioning methods based on machine vision technology are widely used in electronics,medicine,automobiles and other fields due to their high accuracy,good stability,and flexibility.Based on the research and development requirements of enterprise equipment,this paper takes the assembly system of sound film and dome as the research object,and carries out research on key technologies of visual inspection for automated precision assembly,which is applied to precision assembly systems based on visual inspection.The main contents include:1.Explained the role of machine vision technology in the automatic precision assembly system,analyzed the technical difficulties in the automatic precision assembly of sound film and dome parts,analyzed the functional requirements of the system and designed the scheme,and then completed the precision assembly system.The hardware is selected,and the end effector is designed to grasp the dome parts.2.Establish the relative pose model of the sound film and dome in the assembly space,and develop a parameter calibration algorithm for the precision assembly system.Aiming at the telecentric lens and the limitation of the movement characteristics of the machine tool,a space virtual checkerboard method is proposed to realize The coordinate conversion between the camera and the machine tool platform in threedimensional space;the position calibration method based on common observations was developed to achieve the calibration of the two camera installation positions,and the calibration accuracy was analyzed through comparative experiments.3.A set of image processing algorithms for sound film and dome pose recognition are proposed.Design a fast ROI region interception method.For low SNR and weak contour sound film images,propose the image contour extraction based on the region filling Level Set method to solve the “contour leakage” of the contour extraction process;study the iteration parameters for contour extraction in detail The effects of speed and speed are used to obtain the optimal parameters of the curve evolution process,which greatly improves the speed of contour extraction while ensuring the robustness of the algorithm.The geometric parameters of the sound film dome are obtained through Hough line detection and the smallest circumscribed rectangle.4.Developed a precision assembly system based on visual inspection,and carried out corresponding assembly experimental research on the assembly prototype to verify the stability and accuracy of the system.
