Compared with other materials,shape memory composites mainly made of polymer materials have unparalleled advantages.For example: their shape can be changed under specific physical stimulation conditions,the mechanical properties are relatively good,they can be quickly prepared,the products are relatively cheap,and their relatively light own weight and less noise during collision.Therefore,this type of shape memory composite material is widely used in aerospace,military,industrial and so on.In this paper,two types of shape memory composites were prepared by using polycaprolactone scaffolds prepared by near-field melt spinning technology combined with epoxy resin and silicone rubber;The main research is as follows:(1)The design and preparation of polycaprolactone scaffold were studied.In this section,the polycaprolactone scaffold structure is first designed,and then the detailed steps for preparing a complete polycaprolactone scaffold are introduced.Because the process parameters of near-field melt spinning technology will affect the quality of the polycaprolactone stent,the four factors and four levels are set by the orthogonal test method to optimize the process parameters;through the orthogonal test method,the four factors are known to the fiber diameter The order of influence degree is: speed,distance,temperature,voltage,and the optimized process parameters are 90?,25 mm / s,5mm,5.7kv.Finally,the surface morphology,thickness and porosity of the polycaprolactone scaffold were analyzed.In the analysis,the simple arithmetic mean and coefficient of variation were calculated for the relevant dimensions.(2)The use of polycaprolactone scaffold has the advantage of greater porosity,combined with the shape memory mechanism of shape memory polymer;polycaprolactone scaffold is used as the filler of shape memory composite material,and the matrix material is epoxy resin,silicon rubber,two shape memory composite materials were prepared-composite materials of polycaprolactone and epoxy resin,composite materials of polycaprolactone and epoxy resin and silicone rubber.Performance characterization of these two types of composite materials,the content of the performance characterization includes: micro-morphology observation,differential scanning calorimetry analysis,thermogravimetric analysis,shape memory performance test.Differential scanning calorimetry analysis and thermogravimetric analysis can reveal the effect of the addition of polycaprolactone and silicone rubber on its results.Through the shape memory performance test,it is found that the shape memory performance of the two composite materials is relatively good,the shape fixation rate is more than 82%,and the shape recovery rate is greater than 98%,and the addition of silicone rubber reduces the average of shape fixation rate by 1.5%,making the average of shape recovery rate increased by 0.18%.(3)The mechanical properties of two polycaprolactone-containing composite materials were studied.The mechanical properties included three types of analytical tests: normal temperature tensile mechanical properties test,high temperature tensile mechanical properties test,and dynamic thermomechanical analysis.Through experiments,it is known that the maximum stress and elastic modulus of the two composite materials at room temperature and high temperature,and the response characteristics of the dynamic load with constant temperature rise;the addition of silicone rubber can increase the average of tensile rate of the composite material by at least 6% and reduce the glass transition temperature by about 10 °C.
