Transport system has the complexity and uncertainty due to the involved factors,among which the materials used for traffic infrastructure construction and vehicle manufacturing is an very important one.Traditional material analysis methods lacks intuition for their analysis.Computer based physical simulation technology is based on rigorous mathematical theories and have the advantages based of low cost and high sense of reality.Finite element method is a common method for simulating deformable objects by computer simulation technology based on physics due to its high degree of realism.However,the existing method of material model design lacks an elastic material model of anisotropic materials which is intuitive and easy to be edited by users to control the deformation effect of elastomer.There are many problems,such as too many parameters,too complex to calculate the model,too difficult to control the simulation effect and the simulation is not stable.In order to solve the above problems,an anisotropic elastic material model based on virtual material fiber is proposed in this paper.Due to the nature of the anisotropy is depend on the direction,and isotropic anisotropic a special case,so the material structure model defined along certain virtual materials produced by the deformation of fiber strain energy density function,the sum of it in virtual strain energy density function for different materials on the fiber,to control the different virtual material fiber on the mechanical properties.The strain energy density function and the direction and quantity of the virtual fiber can be defined by the user.The design method is very intuitive and has few parameters.According to the material model,this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions of virtual material fiber setting,that is,uniform selection and positive selection.In addition,the relationship between internal elastic energy and elastic modulus of virtual material fibers is discussed,and how to simulate isotropic,orthotropic and anisotropic materials by setting up virtual material fibers is demonstrated.Furthermore,this paper further proves that the anisotropic elastic material model based on virtual material fiber can guarantee the symmetry of stiffness matrix,which is one of the important stability conditions for fast finite element simulation.Finally,this paper proves that the proposed material design algorithm is stable,easy toedit and stable to simulate elastic materials through multiple experiments and comparative experiments.The experimental results show that the anisotropic elastic material model based on the virtual material fiber is a more comprehensive and more general model,which can simulate both isotropic and anisotropic elastic materials simultaneously,and accords with the physical complexity of real materials.
