In this paper,by using computer graphics,the process of digital graphic and other subjects'interaction,the scientific computing process with the calculation results are converted scientific calculation process and calculation results for graphic and image on the screen.and interact with the interface.For the simulation of particles reinforced composites,we use object-oriented,hierarchical,modular software design pattern to develop the user interface and common platform,forming a set of accurate in macroscopic and mesoscopic mechanics analysis on real PRMMCs material,composite material performance of CAE simulation software system.At present,because the Voronoi finite element calculation program is written in Fortran language.The implement of simulation uses the text.Most of the time,the coding of the text is very complex and problematic.If through friendly operation interface combined with the general finite element calculation step,it will be easily generated control text,and then call Fortran solver to complete the process.This work can provide convenience for the simulation of operation interface.In this paper,it is on the basis of the original Fortran solver,and through the Qt user interface combined with OpenGL technology to development platform,which can carry on the simulation of particles reinforced composites with friendly interface,a former processing platform.In this paper,the main work is listed as below:(1)In the first chapter,we discussed the development of CAE situation at domestic and abroad,at the same time found on the long-term development of CAE in China lags far behind foreign countries,and it is difficult to form a competitive business software.In addition,combined with a large number of literature reading,founding that the foreign large commercial software in the calculation of particle reinforced composites is also less than satisfactory.Mainly in terms of the ability of macroscopic and mesoscopic scale processing professional is not strong.(2)The paper analyzed of the characteristics of the research in the development of language C++,and computer graphics,the basic theory(such as translation,rotation transformation)and the work platform used in Qt and OpenGL.The running mechanism of OpenGL for detailed analysis.It is a good foundation for subsequent research.(3)A detailed discussion between general finite element and the current makeup of the Voronoi cell theory,comparative analysis of the difference between the two different units,distinguishing between the advantages and disadvantages of them.(4)the author discussed that according to the object-oriented thought that finite element program design should follow and the principle that the development need to follow,we made the classification for the development the design unit object,etc.Using OpenGL graphics functions to implement the interface simple 2d model building and meshing of rendering.For the call to solve the calculation work.In addition,the platform has a general graphical interface that has simple operation,the implementation of interactive finite element pre-treatment visualization system,is the user USES the local visualization system easily.(5)Based on Fortran solver,according to the Voronoi cell theory the mentioned in the chapter 3,analyzes the factors which can affect the calculation accuracy and efficiency.The work provided a certain reference value for the optimization of process.Using Qt and OpenGL to make the design of visual interface and implementation,at a large extent,which just need less work instead pure C++ development language.Because of the different requirements for each project,and the gap between the platform,almost all the work is to start from scratch,even with a similar platform,because of the lack of participatory,it will cause the waste of time and manpower.On the basis of the theory of PRMMCs,by changing the coefficient of stress function in the program,location of inclusions,the number of gauss points and H points to optimize calculation accuracy and computation efficiency of the program.The simulation results show that the change of these parameters in the program will affect the calculation results at some extent.
