| Abrasive flow polishing technology is a relatively new surface processing technology,which has the advantages of high quality,good controllability,and easy control.This technology has good application prospects,and is especially suitable for the processing of micro-hole walls and complex surfaces,such as the polishing of micro-crossing channels,the surface treatment of complex blades,and the grinding of composite cavities.However,there are many influencing factors in the process of engineering application of this technology.Therefore,a more complete theoretical analysis and experimental research for specific processing objects has practical guiding significance for engineering applications.This paper takes the micro-holes of the meltblown cloth mold as the processing object,and studies the influencing factors and application effects of abrasive flow processing technology from theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental verification.Aim to explore a better process parameter.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Theoretical analysis.Analyze the mechanism,processing characteristics and influencing factors of abrasive flow processing technology;analyze the movement law of the abrasive in the micropore and the force of a single abrasive particle in the abrasive;and analyze the abrasive flow on the wall of the micropore and the micropore The turbulence characteristics in the channel are studied theoretically.(2)Experimental platform design.The advantages and disadvantages of various power systems are analyzed,and the hydraulic system is selected as the power system of the abrasive flow processing device,and then the structure,hydraulic system and control system of the abrasive flow processing device are designed separately.The prototype uses multiple hydraulic cylinders,uses an external hydraulic station,and uses PLC to control processing parameters(including pressure,speed and processing time).(3)Simulation simulation.Use fluent fluid simulation software to analyze the influence of inlet pressure on micro-hole processing,and obtain the pressure cloud diagram,velocity cloud diagram,turbulent energy cloud diagram and particle residence time cloud diagram of the abrasive under different pressures.The erosive effect is small,but the erosive effect on the micropores is greater;and it is concluded that in the range of 3-9MPa,the processing efficiency is high when the inlet pressure is large.(4)Experimental verification.Prepare samples for processing experiments to detect the surface morphology and surface roughness of the samples.Comprehensive processing efficiency and processing quality have determined the appropriate process parameters.The experiment shows that the processing effect is better when the processing pressure is 8MPa,the abrasive grain size is 5μm,and the processing time is 30 minutes.Finally,use this processing parameter to finish the melt blown cloth mold,and compare the quality of the melt blown cloth produced by the melt blown cloth mold before and after polishing. |
