With the rapid development of the economy,air pollution has become a global environmental problem.Especially,PM2.5 is the key monitoring index of all provinces in China.Compared to PM10,PM2.5 is more harmful to human health,which is mainly caused by industrial exhaust emissions and vehicle exhaust.This project is to study the problem of dust pollution control in mineral processing of metal mines.In the process of crushing,screening and transportation,a large amount of high-concentration dust will be generated.which will pollute the surrounding environment and thus endanger human health.Therefore,in order to improve the status of dust pollution in mining enterprises,it is necessary to carry out dust removal engineering design for the concentrator.Resolving the dust pollution of mining enterprises can effectively improve the air quality in mining areas and promote the rapid and sustainable development of mining enterprises.The ultimate goal of dust removal design can be divided into two parts.On the one hand,we must make the environment inside the workshop(post dust concentration)meet the requirements of the“Career Occupational Exposure Limits for Workplaces Part 1:Chemical Harmful Factors”(GBZ 2.1-2007)standard.On the other hand,it is necessary to make the dust discharge concentration meet the requirements of the industrial pollutant discharge standard for the iron ore mining.This design uses photoelectric control automatic spray and mechanical dust removal system to handle dust.The exhaust gas containing dust in the workshop is collected through the dust removal system.After cleaning by dust collector,the clean gas discharged through the chimney is up to standard.The photoelectrically controlled automatic spray dust-removing system can not only effectively humidified the material,but also capture some of the dust which has been raised,thereby reducing the processing load of the subsequent dust collector,and the degree of automation is high.The dust removal efficiency of the dust collector in the mechanical dust removal system is the key factor that determines the dust emission concentration.In view of the high concentration,high humidity,adhesion,abrasion resistance,and other characteristics of mine dust,This design uses a new type of microporous membrane filter dust collector,which has the advantages of high dust removal efficiency,low running resistance,good cleaning effect,and non-absorbent microporous membrane.It can avoid the phenomenon of sticky bag and paste bag of conventional bag filter during operation.Due to the high grade of iron ore in the mine,the dust has recycling value.Therefore,the dust collected by the dust collector is treated with wet method,and the slurry is transported to the main plant for recycling through the slurry pump.After setting up the dust removal system in the concentrator,the environment of the factory area can be greatly improved.The dust concentration of the post in the factory is not more than 1 mg/m~3,and the dusty gas is not more than 20 mg/m~3after the cleaning of the dust collector.After the exhaust gas is diluted in the atmosphere,the dust concentration on the ground meets the highest permission of the sanitary standard about the residential area.
