With the rapid development of China’s economy,increasingly large amount of mineral resource acquisition,causing increasingly serious environmental pollution,air pollution has become one of the main factors endangering human health.People pay more and more attention to the living environment while paying attention to the improvement of economic level.However,air pollution has become a global environmental problem due to its wide,universal and diverse characteristics,especially the micro dust(PM10,PM2.5)that has great harm to human body that has become the key air monitoring indicators of all provinces and cities in China.This paper aims to solve dust problems resulting from the metal mine in the process of crushing,screening,transport and other processes,and its descendable problems,such as polluting the surrounding environment,endangering the health of workers,affecting the normal operation of enterprise equipment and so on.In order to improve the current situation of dust pollution in mining enterprises,this study analyzed the characteristics of pollution,optimized the design of reasonable treatment scheme,and designed the dust removal engineering for the beneficiation system of the concentrator.The dusting effect shall meet the following requirements:(1)the environment(post dust concentration)in the plant shall meet the standard of occupational exposure limits for hazardous factors in the Workplace Part 1: chemical hazardous factors(GBZ 2.1-2007);(2)the dust concentration shall meet the requirements of industrial pollutant discharge standard for iron ore mining and beneficiation.This paper selects a metal mine in Anhui Province as the research object,using the combination of photoelectric control,ultrasonic atomization and mechanical ventilation to control the dust in the process of crushing,screening and transportation.The photoelectric control ultrasonic atomization and dust reduction system in the transfer process can capture and agglomerate the raised fine dust in the local closed dust production point by using the atomized micro droplets generated by the ultrasonic,and humidify the materials at the same time.This can reduce the dust generation in the subsequent processes such as crushing and screening,decrease the processing load of the subsequent precipitator,and improve the purification effect of the precipitator.The dust in the crushing and screening process shall be collected by the mechanical ventilation and dust removal system,and finally discharged through the chimney after being purified by the dust collector.In the mechanical ventilation and dust removal system,the dust removal efficiency of the precipitator is the key factor affecting the dust emission concentration.In view of the characteristics of the metal mine dust,such as high concentration,high humidity,irregular particles,uneven particle size distribution,large proportion of fine particles,etc.,the new microporous membrane filter dust remover is selected by the comparison of various precipitators.The dust collector overcomes the defects of sticking bag and pasting bag in the conventional bag type dust remover.It is made of a new polymer material as the base material through a unique processing technology and processing method.It has the advantages of high dust removal efficiency,low running resistance,good dust removal effect and no water absorption of microporous membrane.In order to control the secondary dust pollution,the dust collected by the dust remover is treated by the wet method of making paddle,and the slurry is transported to the main workshop for recycling through the slurry pump.This paper also describes the operation,daily maintenance and management of the dedusting system,as well as the methods and precautions of air volume distribution of the system,providing a reference for the debugging and operation management personnel of the dedusting system.Through the technical and economic analysis,the dedusting scheme is proved to be economical,reasonable and technically feasible,and has been successfully used in the mine dressing dust control.After the operation of the dust removal system in the concentrator,the plant environment has been significantly improved.Through the detection,the dust concentration of the posts in the plant is less than 1 mg / m3,and the emission concentration of the dust containing gas after purification by the dust remover is not more than 20 mg / m3(standard),which meets the national emission standard of pollutants in the iron ore mining and beneficiation process.
