With the vigorous development of the rail transit business,the running speed of trains has continuously increased in recent years,and higher requirements have been placed on the safety of train operation.The detection and evaluation of train operation safety requires the help of wheel-rail force,and force-measuring wheelset is currently the most widely used method for measuring wheel-rail force.Therefore,the research on force-measuring wheelset is of great significance.Due to the characteristics of the spoke plate,the wheel-rail relationship of the straight spoke plate wheel set is more complicated and changeable than that of the curved spoke plate,and there is no national standard for the measurement scheme of the straight spoke plate force wheel set in China.Based on this problem,this paper has carried out a series of researches on the on-line continuous measurement method of straight-spoke force plate wheel.The main research contents and conclusions of this article include:1.Established the best measurement group bridge scheme that meets the force measurement wheel set of straight-spoke plates.Based on the analysis of the measuring principle of the existing force wheel set,the thesis studies how to eliminate high-order harmonics under a single bridge.By analyzing the optimal placement of high-order harmonics under different sets of strain gauges,and studying how the multi-bridge combination eliminates the effect of wheelset rotation angle,the best measurement group bridge scheme in accordance with the straight-spoke plate force measuring wheelset is derived.2.The simulation analyzes the strain response of the straight / curved web under the same load condition,and studies the effect of the change of the position of the action point on the wheel-rail force measurement.Through the three-dimensional modeling of the force measuring wheel pair and the ANSYS simulation software,the strain response of the straight and curved webs under the same load is compared and analyzed.The strain response of the straight web under different acting positions of vertical force was studied,and the effect of the change of the acting point position on the strain response of the straight web was quantitatively analyzed.Based on the simulation data of the strain response of the straight-spoke plate,using strain sensitivity as the selection index for measuring the layout radius of the bridge,the optimal patch radius of the measurement bridge was studied.3.The decoupling method of force wheel data based on UPF algorithm is studied,which effectively solves the problem that the traditional force wheel data processing method will cause the loss of effective information during the processing process.The measurement model of the straight spoke force wheel set was established,and the change of the state component of the straight spoke force wheel set system was studied.The simulation compares the errors of the four data probabilistic algorithms on the wheel-rail force processing,and verifies the effectiveness and accuracy of the UPF algorithm.4.The experimental research was carried out on the straight-wheel force measuring wheel set.Completion of the construction of the test system for straight-spoke force measuring wheelsets,installation of strain sensors,calibration test for straight-spoke force measuring wheelsets,and line test for straight-spoke force measuring wheelsets.Through the analysis and processing of the data collected by the line test,the validity of the measurement method of the straight-spoke force wheel set studied in this paper is verified.
