| Natural disasters such as wind,rain,snow and earthquakes along the railway are the main factors that jeopardize the safe operation of high-speed railway.China has established a highspeed railway disaster prevention network to monitor the meteorological disasters and foreign invasion along the railway.However,the original data in the current disaster monitoring system is mainly used for real-time monitoring and accident analysis,and it has not been more effectively analyzed and used.In this paper,the disaster monitoring data along the high-speed railway is taken as the research object,and the purpose is to analyze the temporal and spatial laws and changes of wind,rain,and snow disasters.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.Build a distributed time series database.Disaster data has the characteristics of wide source,large scale,poor quality,single structure,and continuous growth.It is difficult for traditional databases to meet the needs of disaster data in storing and processing time series data.By constructing a distributed time series database,the problems of accuracy reduction,aggregate query and capacity expansion when processing time series data are solved.2.Aiming at the shortcomings of existing parallel coordinates in multidimensional data visual association analysis,a method of generating parallel coordinate axis sequences based on Spearman correlation coefficients is proposed.This method first calculates the correlation coefficient between any attributes in the data set,then solves the optimal solution of the coordinate axis arrangement according to the greedy algorithm,and finally draws the recommended axis sequence according to the optimal solution.Experiments show that the use of this method for visual correlation analysis of multidimensional data in parallel coordinates can effectively help users discover the correlation between multidimensional attributes.3.Designed and implemented a high-speed railway disaster data visualization system.The system provides a variety of visualization schemes such as timing charts,parallel coordinate charts,GIS maps,statistical analysis charts,etc.to present high-speed rail disaster data,to help analyze the temporal and spatial laws and changes of disasters,and to achieve the purpose of disaster reduction and prevention.The entire system is structured with a B/S architecture,combined with technologies such as GIS and time series database,and uses the Internet as an information transmission platform to organically link field devices and data centers as a whole.Really meet the requirements of digitalization,intelligence,high resource utilization and sustainable development of the entire system. |
