By the end of 2020,the operating mileage of China’s high-speed railway network has reached 38000 km.The rapid development of high-speed railway has brought great convenience.However,due to broad operation area and long line,high-speed railway network is often interrupted by natural disasters under operation environment.This has seriously threatened the safety of railway property and personnel.Therefore,it is very important to study the invulnerability of high-speed railway network under disaster environment and analyze the ability of high-speed railway network to maintain connectivity and provide services after interruption.At present,the invulnerability of high-speed railway network is mainly measured by evaluation indexes in complex network theory.Traditional random attack strategy and selective attack strategy are used to attack railway stations to study the performance of high-speed railway network.But attributes of high-speed railway system are not combined.Moreover,attack modes of natural disasters depend on the area and risk degree of disasters along railway tracks,which are quite different from traditional attack modes.Original research results have limited guiding significance for researches of invulnerability of high-speed railway network under disaster environment.For the wind disaster is one of most usual disasters along railway,this paper takes the wind disaster as an example to establish a new dynamic attack strategy through the risk assessment of the wind disaster along railway.This paper proposes a new high-speed railway network invulnerability model by combining railway system’s own attributes with complex network theory,and takes the attack strategy to simulate real wind disaster to attack highspeed railway network.Firstly,a new dynamic attack strategy of wind disaster and attributes of disaster generating environment of high-speed railway network are studied.The risk assessment of wind disaster along the railway line is carried out.The dynamic attack strategy of wind disaster is established based on dynamic and static characteristics of wind disaster.Attributes of disaster generating environment along the road network are studied.Secondly,high-speed railway network topology is established,including high-speed railway infrastructure network topology,high-speed railway disaster environment network topology and traffic flow network topology.The three network topologies are coupled to establish high-speed railway infrastructure network and service function network,which provide foundation for high-speed railway network research.Then,a novel invulnerability model of high-speed railway network is established.From perspectives of infrastructure and service function of high-speed railway network,the invulnerability model of high-speed railway network is established by selecting five network invulnerability measures: average station connectivity,average road length connectivity,network structure connectivity,network capacity change rate based on input-output analysis,traffic time impedance and traffic economic impedance.Finally,invulnerability of China’s high-speed railway network in wind disaster environment is analyzed.This paper first demonstrates the rationality of the established invulnerability model.Then it establishes a new dynamic attack strategy to attack the high-speed railway network in China to study changing trend of the invulnerability of the high-speed railway network under wind disaster environment.And proposed model determines vulnerable stations and sections in high-speed railway network.The experimental results show that: the invulnerability model proposed in this paper can accurately describe changes of high-speed railway network performance,accurately and efficiently identify vulnerable stations and sections,provide theoretical support for relevant departments to propose corresponding protection measures.It could effectively improve the operation efficiency and ensure the safety of operation of high-speed railway.There are 28 pictures,21 tables and 86 references in the body.
