Icing is a common natural phenomenon in life, and it will pose a huge threat to the safe operation of public facilities such as aircraft, power lines, motor vehicles, ships, communication towers and wind turbines. Therefore, active anti-icing methods based on superhydrophobic coatings and lubricating coatings have gradually become the research focus. However, the influence of super-hydrophobic coatings on ice formation and the surface characteristics of anti-icing super-hydrophobic coatings has not been studied. In the fields of lubricated coatings, surface lubricating liquids have the characteristics of easy loss, which greatly restricts their application in anti-icing.To solve the problem mentioned above, the work was carried out from the following aspects:Using modified silica particles and fluorocarbon resin powder as raw materials,an anti-icing powder coating and a composite coating with certain anti-icing durability were prepared by powder electrostatic spraying technology. After testing the anti-icing performance of the coating,it was found that when the mass ratio of fluorocarbon resin and F-SiO2 is 80:1,the crystallization temperature of water droplets on the surface of the powder coating is-17.2?,which is lower than other coatings.After-10? condensation for 30 minutes, the surface had the smallest covered area. The coating has the best resistance to ice accumulation in supercooled water. After 8 minutes of supercooled water spray, small ice crystals begin to appear on the surface. When the mass ratio of fluorocarbon resin and F-SiO2 is 200:1,the resulting powder coating has the lowest ice adhesion strength due to the smallest roughness, which is 13.1±2.1KPa.Finally,the surface properties of the anti-icing superhydrophobic coating are summarized:high contact angle(?160°),low contact angle hysteresis(?2°),certain roughness(1.5?3.5?m),and condensation droplets bounce phenomenon.Using the adsorption effect of diatomite on methyl silicone oil,a repairable lubricated coating was prepared, which reduced the wear of the surface lubrication layer. The water contact angle, contact angle hysteresis angle, water droplet crystallization temperature, and ice adhesion strength were 112.2±2.3°,4.1±3.2°,-13.3?,and 9.8±1.5KPa,respectively.Under the conditions of high temperature, repeated icing-de-icing,and water shock, the lubricated coating has shown anti-icing stability.Among them, after repeated freezing-deicing 5 times, the surface ice adhesion strength increased to 30±1.7KPa,but after being left at room temperature(15?)for 48 hours,it returned to 9.2±2.1KPa and showed repairability.Methyl silicone oil can be used not only to prepare surface lubricated coatings, but also to reduce the cross-link density of the resin, thereby reducing the ice adhesion strength of the substrate. An interfacial slippage coating with an oil-free layer on the surface was prepared by using 41082 fluorocarbon resin, poly acrylic resin, diatomaceous earth, and silicone oil.The water contact angle, contact angle hysteresis angle, and ice adhesion strength were 100.4±3.6°,40.2±2.5°,and 7.8±1.4KPa,respectively.By comparing the anti-icing durability of the lubricated coating and interfacial slippage coating under different environments,It was found that the interfacial slippage coating performs more better and has more anti-icing application prospects.
