The catalyst used in the catalytic cracking(FCC)process of petroleum has been used for a long time.As impurities such as nickel,vanadium,iron and coke in the crude oil are deposited on the catalyst,it gradually loses its activity and eventually becomes a spent FCC catalyst.The spent FCC catalyst loses its catalytic,but the zeolite Y framework of the spent FCC catalyst are almost unchanged,which still has useful value.The zeolite Y framework provides high surface area and pore capacity,which can be used as catalyst supporter.The catalysts were fabricated with a modified-impregnation method,which provide the deep analysis of the close relationship between reaction condition and structure from microcosmic level and the deep analysis of the close relationship between structure and electrochemical performance from microcosmic level.The details are summarized as follows:1.Fabrication of spent FCC catalyst composites by loaded V2O5 and Ti O2and their comparative photocatalytic activities.2.Fabrication of spent FCC catalyst composites by loaded Fe2O3 and Ti O2and their comparative photocatalytic activities.3.Fabrication of spent FCC catalyst composites by loaded Sb-Sn O2 and their electrocatalytic activities.In the process of catalyst synthesis,V2O5,Fe2O3 and Ti O2 form heterostructures respectively.These heterostructures effectively accelerate the phototoxicity and the separation of electrons,and further improve the efficiency of the photocatalytic reaction.The electrode of Sb doping Sn O2 loaded on spent FCC catalyst has high electrocatalytic activity,which used to degradation of dye.It has high electrocatalytic oxidation performance.The prepared catalyst is subjected to photocatalytic and electrocatalytic degradation experiments of dye.The prepared catalyst was subjected to photocatalytic and electrocatalytic degradation experiments of dye,which used to evaluate the catalytic performance of the catalyst.The results show that the prepared spent FCC catalysts loaded with different semiconductor materials have good application performance in the catalytic degradation of dyes,and the catalytic materials have stable performance.
