High-silicon aluminum alloy is a material with high specific strength and low thermal expansion,which is used in various industries widely.But there are problems such as fast tool wear and low processing efficiency in actual cutting processing.Therefore,this paper studied and designed a milling database system of high-silicon aluminum alloy in order to recommends milling process parameters for enterprises.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Process parameter models of tool durability,surface roughness,and cutting force were established based on orthogonal milling experiments and response surface methodology to build optimization models with the lowest production cost or the highest machining efficiency.(2)The search ability and search efficiency of the particle swarm algorithm were improved by combining the differential evolution algorithm,particle swarm with Taguchi orthogonal initialization strategy,adaptive inertia weights and learning factors strategy.The improved strategy proposed in this paper significantly improves the convergence speed and stability of the algorithm by comparing with other improved particle swarm algorithm optimization performance.(3)The case-based reasoning technology was adopted to implement the system reasoning function because of the problem of few milling cases.The expression and retrieval methods of the case were designed,and the similar reasoning calculation method of cutting speed and feed per tooth based on the similarity theory was studied to realize the rewriting of similar cases.Therefore,a theoretical basis for the parameter reasoning function of the milling database system is provided.(4)By analyzing the needs of the enterprise,the overall goal of system development was established,the system business process was clarified.System modules of production information query,experimental modeling,cutting parameter optimization,cutting parameter reasoning were designed,and user permissions were assigned.Finally,the data system of high-silicon aluminum alloy milling based on B/S mode is developed by Java language.
