Core-shell structure is a new type of structure that one kind of nanomaterial encapsulates another kind of nanomaterial by chemical bond or other force, which has unique structural characteristics.Generally speaking, the core-shell structure has the properties of both core and shell nanomaterials, and makes up for each other's shortcomings, resulting in a variety of promising application scenarios. The core-shell structure of metal organic framework coated metal nanoparticles is one of them. This paper focuses on the structure of imidazolium ester framework encapsulated gold nanoparticles(Au@ZIF-8).Although the formation mechanism of this core-shell structure has been widely studied, there is still no effective way to control the distribution of gold nanoparticles in ZIF-8 shell, which can affect the thickness of the shell in the core-shell structure.Previous studies have shown that the thickness of the shell in the core-shell structure can affect the specific adsorption of molecules in the high-resolution detection of molecules. In the case of a specific thickness of the shell,it has the best adsorption function for molecules. Therefore,it is of practical significance to control the distribution of nuclei. In this paper,we will describe a preparation method of double ligand to control this distribution, and use a photoluminescence technology to test the influence of the change of shell thickness on the signal change. The specific work contents are as follows:(1)Research Au@ZIF-8 by changing the reaction conditions in the preparation process. On this basis, the crystal morphology and monodispersity were optimized, and the optimal solution was found.Through a series of experimental results, the assembling mechanism of the core-shell structure is verified, which lays a foundation for the subsequent control of the core distribution.(2)This paper describes a method of synthesis by adding double ligands into reaction solution Au@ZIF-8 The core-shell structure of the core-shell structure.Using this method,we can effectively control the distribution of gold nanoparticles in the coreshell structure,so as to obtain structures with different optical properties. The distribution of gold nuclei can be controlled flexibly by changing the concentration of double ligand.By comparing with other control core distribution methods, the superiority and operability of this method are demonstrated. Finally, through the photoluminescence technology,it is verified that the different distribution structures controlled by this method can improve the optical properties and have specific recognition effect on some molecules.
