By the end of 2019,there are more than 100000 gas stations in operation in China.As the terminal outlets of gasoline sales,such a large number of gas stations are constantly producing a large amount of combustible gas every day.According to the relevant national regulations,gas stations should build combustible gas monitoring system to monitor the environment in real time and continuously,and ensure the combustible gas concentration of gas stations through intelligent means Not exceeding the standard.If there is no corresponding monitoring measures,the probability of fire and explosion accidents will be greatly improved.Therefore,the application of combustible gas monitoring and early warning system is necessary,and reasonable use will reduce the possibility of safety accidents.Based on this background,according to the basic process of combustible gas monitoring in gas stations,this paper formulates the specific scheme of oil and gas monitoring system in gas stations.Through the field investigation and simulation experiment of Sinopec Qinhuangdao port city gas station,the algorithm of combustible gas concentration prediction suitable for gas stations is optimized,and the design and research of monitoring and early warning system are carried out to provide reference for various regions It provides a scientific reference for the construction of online monitoring and early warning system of combustible gas in oil stations.First of all,based on the analysis of the current combustible gas monitoring and early warning systems in domestic and foreign gas stations,according to the actual situation of Sinopec Hebei Qinhuangdao oil company gas station,a large number of available experimental data are collected by field sampling method.Secondly,according to the theory of gas diffusion,considering all kinds of factors of gas diffusion,the Gauss plume model is used to get the calculation model of combustible gas online monitoring and early warning system.Then,combined with the characteristics and regulatory requirements of gas stations,mq-2 combustible gas sensor and control switchboard are selected,RS485 bus and Modbus communication protocol are used for data communication,and the basic framework of combustible gas online monitoring and early warning system is designed.Finally,the visual platform is written by java language to realize the real-time monitoring of combustible gas concentration,and the danger level classification and high-precision early warning can be realized by technical means,so as to improve the safety of the gas station in the process of operation.
