In this paper,the temperature sensitive sustained-release capsules of biological enzyme breaker were prepared by emulsification,coagulation and phase separation.The technological conditions for the preparation of the core,wall and the sustained-release capsules were optimized.The concentration of gelatin,emulsification temperature,stirring speed and the ratio of the core and wall were studied to prepare the sustained-release gel of biological enzyme breaker.At the same time,the temperature sensitive and sustained-release properties of enzyme breaker sustained-release capsules were studied.The optimum conditions for the preparation of enzyme breaker sustained-release capsule core are as follows: reaction time is 60 minutes,p H value is 6,reaction temperature is 40 ℃,the ratio of carrier and enzyme is 2:1.In the core of the sustained-release capsule,only hydrogen bond was formed between the lignin and the enzyme.The adsorption rate was54.85%,the enzyme activity was 707.19u/g,and the relative enzyme activity was 99.04%.In the process of preparing the sustained-release microcapsule wall,different glycerol content has a significant effect on the mechanical properties and temperature sensitivity of the microcapsule wall.With the decrease of glycerol content,the hardness of the prepared microcapsule wall will gradually increase,and the pressure resistance of the microcapsule wall will show an increasing trend.With the increase of glycerol content,the phase transition temperature of the wall of the capsule decreased,which showed that it was more and more sensitive to temperature.Under the conditions of emulsification time of 30 min,water oil ratio(W: O)of 1:3,cooling temperature of 4 ℃,cooling time of 1.5h,gelatin concentration of 20%,stirring speed of 650 rpm,emulsification temperature of 50 ℃ and the ratio of core to wall of 2:1 were the best conditions.The enzyme breaker sustained-release capsule has good temperature sensitive sustained-release performance.With the increase of glycerin content,the temperature sensitivity of the sustained-release capsules is more sensitive to temperature.The temperature of the sustained-release capsules can be adjusted by changing the glycerin content.
