Electrochemiluminescence(Electrochemiluminescence,ECL)is a kind of highly reactive free radicals,which born electric interaction based on light emitting process and at the same time with high sensitivity,good selectivity,low background signals,chemiluminescence reaction controlled with the advantages of electrochemical techniques.In addition,as an important branch of coordination chemistry,anion chemistry plays an indispensable role in the field of life system and environment,and has been paid more and more attention by researchers in recent years.Based on the above two research topics,this paper mainly discusses the relationship between the self-designed and synthesized diindole derivatives and a variety of common anions and their applications in electrochemiluminescence.This thesis mainly includes three parts.The first part is the design and synthesis of high luminescent compounds with unique photoelectric chemical properties.Firstly,two indole groups with unique photoelectric properties were introduced into the molecular skeleton containing pyrrole through Suzuki coupling reaction,which made the molecule have good luminescence properties.Then,the stability,solubility and luminescence properties of the compound were adjusted by modification on the skeleton,and the structure of the compound with good photoelectric properties was obtained.The second part is to analyze the relationship between the synthesized compounds and many common anions.The results showed that the anions of F-,Br-,HSO4-,COO-,PF6-,H2PO4-and OH-all enhanced the photoluminescence of the target compound to different degrees,and the fluorescence enhanced effect was related to the amounts of anions added.In the third part,the electrochemical luminescence properties of the optimized compounds have been studied.After further exploring the luminescence mechanism of the reduced co-oxidant,it was found that not only the free radicals obtained after the reduction of the co-reactant played a role in the luminescence process,but also the anions generated by the co-reactant played a synergistic role with the free radicals in the luminescence process,which was of great significance.
