With the rapid development of modern economy,the demand for steel in China's manufacturing industry is increasing,which promotes the development of domestic steel industry in disguised form.Bar as a kind of steel,the daily production and manufacturing of bar for the production and type of higher requirements.At present,China's bar industry is developing rapidly,and the total output of bar is in the forefront of the world.However,the proportion of low-end bar production is too large,which leads to the serious shortage of production capacity in China's bar production with high quality and high added value.Due to the unreasonable structure of bar production in China,many industries need high-end bar only rely on foreign imports.The short stress line rolling mill is the mainstream rolling mill for bar production in the world at present.It is of great significance to study the short stress line rolling mill for changing the current situation of domestic bar industry.In this thesis,the short stress line rolling mill for bar production is designed and studied:(1)According to the structural characteristics of the key parts of the ? 380 short stress line rolling mill,the key parts are designed on the basis of the fourth generation red coil rolling mill combined with the advanced research results of the rolling mill,and the designed rolling mill parts are preliminarily calculated and checked.(2)The parametric modeling of the key components of short stress line mill,such as roll,roll bearing,bearing pedestal,tie rod,roll balancing device and screwdown device,is completed in Creo parametric,and these components are assembled according to the research needs.(3)ANSYS Workbench software is used to carry out structural mechanics analysis and modal analysis on the model of key components of ? 380 short stress line rolling mill,to study the stress-strain,elastic deformation and dynamic characteristics of the rolling mill,and to verify the stiffness and strength of the rolling mill.(4)According to the results of the finite element analysis of the rolling mill,combined with the central composite design method,MOGA algorithm and other optimization methods,the structure of the key parts of the rolling mill is optimized.The stiffness of the optimized mill is increased by 15.1%,and the strength of the key parts is also improved,so as to improve the stiffness and service life of the short stress line mill.
