Cross-country sit skiing is an important event in the Winter Paralympic Games,but the disabled cross-country skiing in China started late and developed slowly.Compared with the European cross-country skiing powers,there are some problems,such as the backwardness of training equipment in non-snow period and the lack of testing methods for athletes' cross-country skiing skills.Therefore,in order to meet the upcoming 2022 Beijing Winter Paralympic Games,the special endurance training of the disabled cross-country sit skiers in the non-snow period is no longer limited by season and venue factors.and to provide a scientific quantitative index for the supporting ability of athletes' ski poles,a set of cross-country sit skiing skill test and training system is developed in this paper.This system is a set of cross-country sit skiing training equipment based on the resistance simulation of cross-country skiing pole process,which adopts a pair of parallel mechanical rodless cylinders as the movement carrier.In the poling phase,the athlete pole pushes the sliding platform on the mechanical rodless cylinder to move backwards.At this time,the pneumatic system realizes the simulation of cross-country skiing pole resistance by controlling the change of air pressure in the rear chamber of the cylinder,so as to give the athlete a more real cross-country skiing pole feeling.When the rod is over,it enters the return phase.The sliding table,driven by the air pressure of the rear chamber of the cylinder,quickly returns to the starting position in order to prepare for the next pole.In addition,the sliding table of the mechanical rodless cylinder is equipped with a pole3 D force measuring device,which is used to monitor the pole 3D force signals during the pole bracing process of athletes,and the 3D force signals are transmitted through Wi Fi and saved into the virtual picture system of cross-country skiing developed by the students of this research group,so as to realize the corresponding virtual scene simulation of crosscountry skiing.In the field installation test,the skill test of cross-country sit skiing and the performance test of the training system were completed,and the rod force measurement curve and the pressure change curve of the rear chamber of the cylinder were analyzed in the process of continuous pole support by the tester using the two-stick push-support technology.The experimental results show that the system can simulate the pole movement process of crosscountry skiing,and the stability,symmetry and other characteristics of the simulated pole resistance can meet the design index of this project.
