Alkyd resin is a kind of synthetic resin,which is widely used in China,has become an indispensable resin in synthetic resin.The synthetic raw materials are widely available,the cost is low,the synthetic technology is relatively mature,the resin paint film has good comprehensive performance,which can be dissolved in a variety of solvents.The construction is convenient,and can be used for almost all wood,metal surface coating.But the dry property,hardness and water resistance of alkyd resin coatings are not very ideal,which limits the application of alkyd resin in some fields.Respectively in this study based on alkyd enamel adding propylene pimaric acid amide(ethylenediamine)and propylene pimaric acid(ethylamine)amide corrosion inhibitors,not only to determine the best technology of alkyd enamel and corrosion inhibitor,the preparation of a kind of high performance,non-toxic,non-polluting coating,and separately to add two corrosion inhibitors enamel compared with alkyd enamel performance analysis,hope for the future alkyd enamel provides important basic data for the industrial production of.(1)Rosin-based alkyd resin enamels with good properties were prepared by using dry alkyd resin as main film forming material and adding appropriate amount of acrylopimaric acid(ethylenediamine)amide corrosion inhibitor and other additives.The effect of acrylopimaric acid(ethylenediamine)amide on the corrosion resistance of long oil alkyd resin enamels was studied by polarization curve,AC impedance technique and salt spray test.The results show that the corrosion current density of the coating with 0.3 g of acrylpimaric acid(ethylenediamine)amide increased from 11.88?A·cm-2to 31.34?A·cm-2.For other concentrations of acrylpimaric acid(ethylenediamine)amide,the corrosion current density of the coating at the beginning of immersion increases much more than other concentrations,and the decrease of Nyquist semicircular arc of AC impedance spectroscopy is much smaller than other concentrations.Therefore,with the extension of the immersion time,when the addition amount of acrylpimaric acid(ethylenediamine)amide is 0.3 g,the shielding effect on water and chloride ions is the best.A salt spray tester was used to test the samples in an environment of 3.5wt.%Na Cl and 35°C,and the results were consistent with electrochemical phenomena.(2)Using dry long oil alkyd resin as the main film-forming material,adding appropriate amount of corrosion inhibitor acrylpimaric acid(ethylamine)amide and other additives,a rosin-based alkyd resin enamel with good performance is prepared.The effect of acrylpimaric acid(ethylamine)amide on the anti-corrosion performance of long oil alkyd resin enamel was studied by polarization curve,AC impedance technology and salt spray test.The polarization curve results show that the coating has ideal corrosion potential and lower corrosion current when 0.4 g of acrylpimaric acid(ethylamine)amide is added;The AC impedance spectroscopy data also showed that when 0.4 g of acrylpimaric acid(ethylamine)amide was added,the coating had a larger impedance arc,indicating that it had better corrosion resistance at this time.A salt spray test machine was used to test the samples in an environment of 3.5 wt.%Na Cl and 35?,and the test results were also consistent with electrochemical phenomena.The hardness test and adhesion test results show that the physical properties of the coating are also better when the addition amount of acrylpimaric acid(ethylamine)amide is 0.4 g.
