At present, the rapid development of society and economy, but the aggravation of environmental pollution, energy shortage problems are widespread. The development and utilization of renewable energy has a broad application prospect, among which hydrothermal liquefaction technology directly uses wet raw materials to convert them into new energy substances,so it has a strong application potential. In this paper, the co-hydrothermal liquefaction experiment was carried out with the dehydrated sludge from municipal sewage treatment plant and straw and fungus bran as raw materials. The effects of the composition of straw and fungus bran and different reaction conditions on the yield and properties of bio-oil obtained from co-liquefaction were investigated. When wet sludge, straw and fungus chaff were used as raw materials for hydrothermal liquefaction, the yield of bio-oil was low.The yield of bio-oil was only8.26%when the sludge was hydrothermal liquefied at 350?for 15min.The synergistic effect was found when straw and different kinds of fungus chaff were added to the mixture liquefaction, and the yield of bio-oil was increased. The synergistic effect was the most obvious in the co-liquefaction reaction between sludge, fungus chaff and Experiment 2 fungus chaff. The corresponding yields of bio-oil were 14.11% and 13.86%,respectively,and the quality of bio-oil was improved. The oil yield of hydrothermal liquefaction of dry sludge was higher than that of wet sludge. At 350?and 15 min,the bio-oil yield of sludge liquefaction alone was23.53%,and there was a synergistic effect of co-liquefaction reaction between dry sludge and in Experiment 2 at low temperature.Alcohols as solvents can effectively increase the yield of bio-oil,while alcohol-water mixture has relatively little effect on the yield,or even inhibits it.The increase of temperature and the addition of straw and fungus chaff could significantly change the composition of bio-oil,in which the content of phenolic substances was significantly increased, and K2CO3 as a catalyst had the effect of improving the quality of bio-oil.No matter the wet sludge or the dry sludge, the content of CO in the gas phase was significantly increased when straw and fungus chaff were added into the co-liquefaction experiment, indicating that the addition of straw and fungus chaff and other biomass could promote the occurrence of deoxygenation reaction.
