The hydrothermal liquefaction process of the sluges,as raw materials,was studied,mainly including the investigations on the effects of technological conditions on the hydrothermal process and the analysis of the chemical compositions of liquid products from the hydrothermal procees.The main conclusions were summarized as follows.The reducing atmosphere was more favorable for the hydrothermal liquefaction process than the inert atmosphere.The suitable conditions for the hydrothermal liquefaction of sluges in the absence ot catalysts were the reaction temperature of 340℃,the reaction time of 30min,and the CO initial pressure of 6MPa,where the yields of NHS,THFS and GW were separately up to 24.53%,23.97%and 48.00%.The suitable conditions for the hydrothermal liquefaction of sluges in the presence of catalysts were the reaction temperature of 340℃,the reaction time of 30min,and the CO initial pressure of 4.0MPa,where the yields of NHS,THFS and GW were separately up to 30.46%,18.10%and 47.05%.The activity for the homogeneous catalysts was ordered as Na2CO3>K2CO3>NaOH>KOH.Among the heterogeneous catalysts,the activity of Ni/Mo catalysts is superior to that of Co/Mo catalysts.The NHS products from the hydrothermal liquefaction of sluges were composited of heterocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,and organic acids and amines with fat structures.The THFS products from the hydrothermal liquefaction of sluges mainly contained esters and heterocyclic aromatics.
