Copper has abundant resources,low production cost and simple preparation method,and have a wide application prospect in the fields of catalysis,solar cell,flexible transparent electrode and so on.The simple copper is easy to oxidize,leading to its unstable structure,and its performance can be improved by improving its morphology or compounding with other materials.In this paper,copper nanowires(Cu NWs)and Cu2O were used as research objects to prepare C u NWs,Cu NWs oxide,Cu/Cu2O/Cu2S ternary nanotube and octahedral C u2O/r GO composite materials with high aspect ratio,and the above four materials were tested and characterized.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Copper nanowires(C u NWs)with high aspect ratio were prepared by hydrothermal method by adjusting raw materials.The experimental results showed that when ODA:C u C l2·2H2O:glucose=4.5:1:1,C u NWs had the best yield and morphology.The Cu NWs prepared ranged from tens to hundreds of microns in length and diameter from 30 nm to 50 nm.Copper chloride is the best copper source to prepare C u NWs..(2)Cu-Cu2O,Cu-Cu2O-Cu O,Cu2O-Cu O oxidation complexes and completely Cu O nanotube with different oxidation degrees were prepared by calcinations method with C u NWs as the precursor by adjusting temperature and time.The experimental results show that with the with the change of reaction temperature and time,the oxidation products of C u NWs gradually change from linear structure to stable tubular structure.(3)Cu/Cu2O/Cu2S nanotubes were prepared by hydrothermal method using Cu NWs as precursor.The composite has a wide visible light absorption ra nge,and is used for photocatalytic degradation of organic dyes for the first time.The experimental results showed that C u/Cu2O/Cu2S catalyst had synergistic effect with H2O2,and could degrade methylene blue(MB)solution rapidly,and the degradation efficiency reached 99%after 1 hour.(4)Octahedral C u2O and its composite material with reduced graphene oxide(Cu2O/r GO)were prepared by mild green chemical precipitation method,and their photocatalytic properties were tested.The experimental results sho w that the introduction of r GO can prevent the aggregation of C u2O NPs,reduce the size of Cu2O NPs,effectively increase the number of exposed active sites,improve the light absorption capacity of C u2O NPs,and promote the separation of photo induced carriers.The degradation rate of methylene blue(MB)reached 97.2%in 140 minutes.In addition,the mechanism of photocatalysis was studied by trapping agent experiment.
