Quick-drying fabric has good moisture absorption and perspiration function,and can keep the body fresh and comfortable,which is deeply loved by the majority of consumers.According to the national standard of fast drying fabric,the moisture permeability of cotton fabric should reach10000(g/(m~2·d)),but the current moisture permeability of cotton fabric can not meet this requirement.The moisture permeability of cotton fabric is closely related to the fabric surface fiber hairiness and structure of the fabric,the hydrophobic properties of the fabric surface and the hygroscopicity and swelling properties of the fabric.Therefore,this topic will mainly process and finish the cotton fabric from the above aspects.In addition,this topic also syntheses the thermosensitive hydrogel and finish it on cotton fabric to explore the relationship between the temperature sensitivity and the moisture permeability of the cotton fabric.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)To investigate the influence of fabric surface fiber hairiness and structure on moisture permeability.In this paper,the ultra depth of field three-dimensional microscope was used to analyze the morphology of cotton fabric and polyester,then the cotton fabric was polished by B333 cellulase,and then the cotton fabric was singed.Through the characterization of moisture permeability tester,it could be seen that the cleaner the surface of the fabric,the looser the tissue structure,the larger the pores,the better its moisture permeability performance;After finishing cotton fabric with cellulase,the fiber hairiness on the surface and in the pores of the fabric was broken down,the porosity was increased,the water vapor transfer space was increased,and the moisture permeability was improved;After singeing the cotton fabric,the fiber hairiness falls off from the surface of the fabric,which makes the diffusion boundary layer of the fabric thinner,the speed of water vapor transmission was accelerated,the distance was shortened,and the moisture permeability was improved.(2)To investigate the influence of hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity of fabric surface on moisture permeability.In this experiment,DP-9992 and NR-8800 finishing agents were used for hydrophilic and hydrophobic finishing of cotton fabric and polyester fabric respectively.Through the characterization of capillary effect tester,contacted angle analyzer and moisture permeability tester,it could be seen that the moisture permeability of cotton fabric after hydrophilic finishing can be effectively improved.When the amount of hydrophilic finishing agent was too much,the moisture permeability slightly decreased and tended to be stable;After hydrophilic finishing,the hydrophobicity and moisture permeability of polyester decreased;After hydrophobic finishing,the hydrophobicity of cotton fabric was enhanced and the moisture permeability was improved obviously;After hydrophobic finishing,the moisture permeability of polyester decreased slightly and tended to be stable.(3)The study showed that the swelling of cotton fiber also had a significant effect on the moisture permeability of the fabric.This experiment used BLF-C01 low formaldehyde 2D resin to cross-link the cotton fabric,and the characterization of the cotton fabric after finishing by capillary effect tester and moisture permeability tester showed that the swelling stability of cotton fabric and cotton fiber to water was improved after finishing by 2D resin,and the hydrophobicity of fiber surface was strengthened,and the moisture permeability of cotton fabric was improved.(4)The effect of composite finishing on moisture permeability of cotton fabric was studied;Through cellulase/hydrophobic composite finishing,cellulase/low formaldehyde 2D resin composite finishing and cellulase/low formaldehyde 2D resin/hydrophobic composite finishing of cotton fabric,the experimental results showed that the improvement effect of composite finishing on moisture permeability of cotton fabric was better than that of single finishing technology,and the effect of cellulase/2D resin composite finishing was the best,and the moisture permeability can reach 8335(g/(m~2·d)).(5)In this paper,thermosensitive hydrogel was synthesized,and the cotton fabric was processed to study its effect on moisture permeability of fabric.This experiment firstly synthesized thermosensitive hydrogel by free radical polymerization,the synthetic product and finished cotton fabric were characterized by nano particle size analyzer,scanning electron microscope and moisture permeability tester.The test results showed that the thermosensitive hydrogel gave the fabric temperature-sensitive,and could effectively improve the moisture permeability of the fabric at high temperature,and at low temperature,reduce the moisture permeability of the cotton fabric and give the fabric warmth.
