With the rapid development of the textile industry,the output of synthetic fiber has gradually increased,which has reached more than 70% of the total output in the world.The textile industry is in urgent need of intelligent and digital transformation and upgrading.Aiming at the problems of traditional semi-automatic unwinding production line,such as low operating efficiency,high power consumption and easy to damage silk cake,this paper developed an automatic unwinding conveying control system based on improved ant colony algorithm based on double-axis unwinding machine as the research object.The conveying control system consists of conveying dispatching system and uncoiling machine control system.After continuous field operation and debugging verification for many times,compared with the traditional first-come-first-served operation mode,the total mileage is reduced by about 28%,energy consumption is greatly reduced,and the production efficiency of batch operation is effectively improved.First of all,through the field investigation and related literature review,the overall design scheme of conveying coiler control system is determined.Adopting modular design and function integration idea,the conveying control system is composed of conveying dispatching system and uncoiling machine control system.After the call request of the winding machine is processed by the algorithm,the delivery scheduling system feeds back the generated job execution sequence to the uncoiling machine control system,which drives the motion actuators to complete the job tasks assigned by the delivery scheduling system in turn.Second,take cake of conveying control system operation process to optimize algorithm and design the suitable for fall in turn demands a high volume time window of short assignment priority algorithm and high demands on the total mileage of larger diameter,long winding and cake improved ant colony algorithm,compared with a short assignment priority algorithm,the improved ant colony algorithm for transmission system scene more widely and lower energy consumption.Because of the positive feedback mechanism and diversity characteristics of ant colony algorithm,under the same constraint conditions,the computational time and results of ant colony algorithm are better than those of genetic algorithm,and it is more suitable for automatic unwinding conveying control system which has certain requirements for time limit.Finally,in the aspect of function realization of conveying control system,function module planning of uncoiling machine control system,PLC port allocation and electrical hardware configuration,interactive design and function realization of uncoiling machine control system and conveying dispatching system are completed successively.After actual debugging and optimization on site,the designed conveying control system can well execute the operation processes of taking silk cake,temporarily storing silk cake,loading silk cake and label printing,etc.reaching the expected design purpose and functional requirements.
