| There is much gap between the commonly-used winding machine in China and the overseas ones. The former lags behind the development of textile industry in practical production now. Therefore, domestic textile equipments are being innovated in order to improve the quality of textiles, meeting the demands of international market. Technical innovation for the winding machine is one of the important chains. Some businesses update and innovate the presently-used winding machine gradually according to its structure feature and technical requirements. Firstly, this article discusses the designing and assembling of mechanical analog experimental device for winding unit of precision winding machine, making up the experimental detecting system with angle transducer and A/D(analog to digital ) converter. Then the mechanical accuracy of this detecting system is discussed, and can be used for reference with error while assembling the machine. It is proved by data sampling, analyzing and processing that the angle transducer is appropriate to be used for practical production and the system is approximatively linear, which is convenient for realization of control system. Secondly, on the basis of dynamic system identification the transfer function model of the drive and control system is established by data processing with optimization algorithm of the complex body. Then the PI control of motor's rev closed loop is discussed, moreover, the control strategy and arithmetic, parameter retouch and some improved methods are dissertated. It is proved that the drive and control system can suffice for the whole spindle control by emulation. Both the detecting system and the drive system form the lower controller of positive control system, which lays the foundation for the control of this machine. |
