In 2015,the country put forward the "Made in China 2025" strategy to strengthen the manufacturing,which brought new development opportunities and challenges to the development of machine tool products.Machine tool coating is an important part of machine tool product design and a direct manifestation of its external image.Machine tool coating design can effectively improve the visual image,operating experience and safety performance of machine tool products,corporate brand image and market competitiveness.However,the painting design of domestic machine tools has problems such as confusion of painting visual style,lack of unified implementation standards and system image.In response to the above problems,this article takes the CNC cylindrical grinder series of Shanghai Machine Tool Works Co.,Ltd.as an example to discuss the systematic design,optimization and application practice of machine tool coating design.The research content mainly includes four parts.(1)Summarize and analyze the current situation of the machine tool coating design industry and the theoretical research status at home and abroad,and determine that the research focus of this article is to take the needs of users and enterprises as the lead,and carry out the research on the process management of the coating design system.The needs of enterprises and machine tool audiences were investigated,and the design requirements of machine tool coating and the coating design tasks of CNC cylindrical grinder series products were summarized.Combined with the product image recognition system theory,the design requirements and principles were determined,and the design research and program design were carried out around the machine model style,font,logo design,color matching,and complete machine painting.(2)Through the eye tracker experiment,the machine tool coating design plan was quantitatively studied,and the user's visual characteristics such as the focus area,eye movement trajectory,and eye movement interest area were experimentally analyzed,and on this basis,detailed optimization and final design were determined The program completed the machine tool coating design standards for the machine tool coating CNC cylindrical grinder series.(3)Carry out practical application research based on the determination of the coating plan.According to the color management process,determine the paint matching plan of the final plan,make the coating model and inspect the color rendering effect and coating quality of the paint,complete the spraying of some machine tool prototypes,and formulate the CNC outside of the Shanghai Machine Tool Factory Technical specification guide for coating of cylindrical grinder series products.(4)In order to improve the efficiency of the verification and evaluation of the design scheme and reduce the operating cost,this paper combines virtual reality technology to build a virtual reality platform for the painting design of machine tool series products,verifies the design scheme,and contributes to the painting of future machine tool products.The optimized design and application of the installation provide a powerful reference.
