With the development of society,the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of people's consumption ability,people's requirements for textiles are getting higher and higher.People require textiles to not only have traditional cold-proof and warmkeeping properties,but also have some unique properties,such as skin sensing,motion detection,temperature adjustment,electromagnetic shielding and Discolorationand so on.Therefore,smart textiles came into being.Smart textiles combine traditional textiles with biology,chemistry,digital electronics and other fields by physical or chemical methods to give fabrics a series of functions.It is a type of A smart fabric that perceives and reacts.As one of the outstanding representatives of smart textiles,photochromic textiles have received extensive attention from scientific researchers in recent years because of their excellent performance in transforming into different colors under the stimulation of light.This subject intends to use covalent bonding and coating adhesion to combine spiropyran dyes with fabrics to prepare photochromic textiles with excellent performance.In this project,two spiropyran compounds with different structures were first synthesized by chemical methods,and Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),ultravioletvisible absorption spectroscopy(UV Spectrum)and hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1HNMR)were used to Check the structure of the synthesized product,and the test result proves that the synthesized product is indeed the photochromic dye we need.Afterwards,the synthesized photochromic spiropyran dye was combined with the cotton fabric by grafting and coating method to prepare the photochromic cotton textile with excellent performance.(1)For the synthesized double bond spiropyran(bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2-carboxylic acid,2-(3',3'-dimethyl-6-nitrospiro[2H-1-Benzopyran-2,2'-[2H]indole]-1'(3'H)-yl)ethyl ester)uses mercapto-ene "click chemistry" to react between fabric and double bond spiropyran A covalent bond is built between.Firstly,the cotton fabric was modified with a silane coupling agent to obtain a modified cotton fabric rich in mercapto groups,and then the graft photochromic textiles were successfully prepared by using the mercapto-ene principle.The photochromic textiles all have good light response ability,and the grafted photochromic textiles can reach the maximum color change in 4 minutes,and have good optical fatigue and excellent washing fastness.(2)A waterborne polyurethane capped with 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-3,3-dimethylindoline-6'-nitrobenzospiran was synthesized.Then,the spiropyran-terminated waterborne polyurethane is coated on the cotton fabric with its own tackiness to prepare a coated photochromic textile with excellent performance.In addition,the performance of the above-mentioned two photochromic textiles was explored,and the test and characterization results showed that the photochromic textiles prepared by the two methods have good light response ability.Among them,the photochromic textiles can be grafted in 4 minutes.When it reaches the maximum color change,the coated photochromic textiles show more excellent responsiveness,which can reach the maximum color change at 30 s;in terms of color performance,the grafted photochromic textiles show more obvious color changes.The chromatic aberration can reach 52.The change in the absorption value on the UV absorption spectrum also supports this on the other hand.In addition,the photochromic fabrics prepared by the two methods have excellent resistance to optical fatigue.After 20 cycles of discoloration and fading,its photochromic performance only dropped by about 13%.In addition,the washing fastness test results showed that the fastness of the two photochromic fabrics was only slightly reduced after 5 washings.UV performance test results show that the two photochromic fabrics can greatly reduce the transmittance of UV rays,thereby improving the UV protection performance of the fabric...
