| Photochromic especially in the field of organic photochromic materials researchers had made outstanding achievements over the past several years.Spiropyran,has become one of the most promising photochromic compounds,and attracted many excellent scientists’ attention because of its photo-physical unique propertyThis thesis focuses on preparation of the spiropyran compounds with different side chains,and their application in electrospinning. 1’-(2-hydroxyethyl)-3’,3’-dimethyl-6-nitriospiro(2H-1- benzopyran -2,2’-indoline)(ETOH-NO2-SP) and 1 ’,3’,3’- trimethyl -6- hydroxy (2-hydrogen -1- benzene pyran -2,2 ’- indoline)(OH-SP) were synthesized and characterized with IR,NMR,MS,etc.The photochromic properties of ETOH-NO2-SP and OH-SP were analyzed through UV and fluorescent absorption spectrum with UV -Vis irradiation.Results showed that the phtochromic properties of ETOH-NO2-SP were better than that of OH-SP,and its application in bioimaging was studied also.Electro-spinning technology,influence factors and two excellent electrostatic spinning polymer systems:cellulose acetate(MCA) and polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA) were introduced briefly.Based on the former research,ETOH-NO2-SP was choosen for further study in the MCA and PMMA electrostatic spinning system.Different parameter of electrostatic spinning,morphology and diameter of the fibers were analysed by electron microscopy.Under the alternative UV-Vis irradiation condition,properties of restorable and fatigue counteraction of the carpet fiber were observed. |
