In this paper,a production process as a object of study about how improving the production process and conditions will be used to find the key factors to improve the quality of products.First,the simulation results were obtained by Aspen HYSYS simulation.Then,the degree of influence of parameters regarding the quality of dry gas,liquefied petroleum gas and stable gasoline will be analyzed by changing the main production parameters.After comparing the improvement effect of each debugging measure,several effective measures are combined to improve the production process and successfully reach the requirements of multiple indexes.In this paper,accordding to the simulation results of the whole process,the design of the heat exchangers in the system is carried out by Aspen EDR,and the concrete design of the tower in the system is carried out by CUP-Tower.As a result,the two designs not only strengthened the connection and cooperation among the simulation softwares,but also acquired a more practical specific equipment model and specifications,so that the process simulation is closer to reality.
