At present,there are many problems in the reciprocating water injection pumps used in oil fields,such as short service life of fragile parts,large maintenance volume and high maintenance cost.With the development of petroleum and petrochemical industry in China,the reliability research of water injection pumps has become an important topic.In this paper,the reciprocating water injection pump is taken as the research object,and its dynamics and reliability analysis are systematically studied.Firstly,the equivalent dynamic model of the water injection pump system is established,and the system motion equation is obtained,and the real motion law of the crankshaft is obtained by solving the equation with finite difference method.The multirigid-body dynamic model of the water injection pump system is established,and the response of the system under the conditions of uniform and non-uniform is compared and analyzed.Secondly,a rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamic model is established by flexiblizing the crankshaft and connecting rod in the finite element software.The dynamic response of crankshaft and connecting rod is analyzed and the dynamic response of crankshaft and connecting rod under actual working conditions is obtained.Then,according to the stress intensity interference theory,the strength reliability of the water injection pump under the maximum stress condition is analyzed.On the basis of the rigid-flexible coupling model,the principal stress spectrum of crankshaft and connecting rod is simulated.The fatigue life analysis is completed in software n Code,and the fatigue life and safety factor nephogram of crankshaft and connecting rod are obtained.At the same time,the service life of crankshaft and connecting rod is obtained.Finally,the method of probability theory is applied to deal with the uncertainty,and the influence of component size and material deviation is fully considered.The resonance reliability analysis of the connecting rod is completed to obtain the reliability value of the connecting rod without resonance,and the modal analysis of the whole machine is carried out.
