Shengli oilfield heavy oil resource is very rich,of which more than 90% of the producing reserves are developed by steam stimulation, the water cut rise rapidly after steam stimulation in high gear, and the average recovery rate is less than 18%,it is urgently needed to convert development methods such as steam flooding and steam assisted chemical flooding to improve recovery. However, after steam injected into the reservoir, fluid phase state are more complex, there are both pure steam zone and hot water zone. Therefore,it is very important to study the percolation characteristics of the fluid in different areas in the post-exhalation steam drive reservoir,This is of great significance for the design of heavy oil development program. In this paper, through the analysis of the characteristics of heavy oil relative permeability experiment, compared the JBN method and the historical fitting method, found that history fitting method is more suitable for calculation of heavy oil high temperature relative permeability curve.By using the high-temperature phase permeability experiment device, more than 50 groups of viscous oil phase permeability experiments have conducted,Results indicated that the oil displacement efficiency of steam belt is mainly determined by sweep and displacement degree, which is less affected by permeability and temperature, with the decrease of formation temperature, steam flooding became hot water flooding, and the influence of reservoir permeability and temperature on fluid seepage gradually increased Finally, numerical simulation is performed in selected test blocks.found that a series of high temperature relative permeability curves obtained by simulated formation crude oil are numerically simulated according to the heterogeneity of reservoir permeability. The simulation and prediction accuracy of heavy oil steam flooding can be greatly improved.
