During the process of gas drilling,the cuttings produced by the drill need to be carried to the ground through the circulation medium,and through the sand drainage pipeline into the sanding pool,and whether the debris in the bottom of the well will return normally,which directly affects the safety and efficiency of the drilling.At present,the amount of debris return is commonly used to judge the output of debris such as the artificial observation method,the analysis method of vertical pressure change and the analysis of the force monitoring of the sand drain pipe.These methods have a certain effect on the detection of the debris,but there are some limitations in the real-time monitoring.The real-time monitoring of rock debris under special conditions and special working conditions can not observe and analyze the bottom hole changes in time.Through access to relevant information,we can realize the on-line quantitative measurement of the key parameters of the returned debris(the concentration change,the cumulative mass flow and so on),which is of great importance to the safety of the underground gas drilling.The focus of this paper is to monitor the ejection of debris through the microwave solid flow meter.The chip flow sensor is installed on the straight pipe between the rotary control head and the dust pump,and the pipe is connected by the sand drain pipe with the joint of the cuttings flow sensor,which is sent to the site server through the RS485 serial port,at the same time,The gas mass flowmeter is installed on the gas supply pipeline to obtain the real time flow of gas and sends the data to the site server of the cuttings detection,and the signals of the monitoring units of the engineering parameters are transmitted to the computer of the control system.The technical hands of the data collection,the figure comparison,the judgment trend and the accumulation of the returned debris are obtained.The early detection and monitoring of the formation water and falling blocks can provide strong security and early warning information for the period of gas drilling,and elaborate the application of the new technology for the identification of the cuttings under the air drilling conditions from multiple angles,and ensure the safety production,green production and better air drilling in the oil drilling.
