Many oilfields in our country have stepped into extra-high water-cut period after several years exploration.Because of the effect of the vertical and lateral homogeneity of the reservoir,the original layer dividing and pattern arrangement cannot meet up with the need of enhanced oil recovery.It's high time for oilfield researchers to do research on layer recombination and well pattern optimization.Quid Oilfield is a complicated block fault reservoir with thin layers.It has high homogeneity,small blocks,and is mainly controlled by lithology.The OOIP of the oilfield is19.1% and the water ratio is 82.6%,which falls into high water-cut period.After several years of co-injection and commingling production,the producing degree of the reservoir is low,the difference between the layers is great and has a serious interlayer interference.These problems happen although in the layers with similar physical property due to the time and mining intensity differences.The main research of Qudi Oilfield is layer subdivision and recombination,which is based on static and dynamic statistics.Through theory and practice,we have formed a pattern which recombines the layers with similar physical property and makes specific rules for different layers.We also focus on the injection well,making it change from uniform absorption to prorating water injection according to their needs.This pattern has popularized and applied in Qudi Oilfield and has a great effect.The study shows that the subdivision and recombination of medium and high water-cut strata can effectively alleviate the inter-layer production differences,and the dynamic development factors are integrated into the process of subdivision and recombination of medium and high water-cut strata,which is an effective way to divide the subdivision and recombination of medium and high water-cut strata,and can adapt to the changes of reservoir physical properties and relative permeability of fluids caused by years of development.This method has been widely applied in Qudi oilfield and has achieved good results.
