With the continuous exploration and development of oil and gas resources in the world,production has gradually entered a weak stage.In order to maximize the effective area of the reservoir and increase the oil and gas production as much as possible,highly deviated well and horizontal well technology are more and more widely used in the development of gas fields at home and abroad.At the same time,with the continuous production of gas wells,the bottom hole liquid is increasing,and the production efficiency is getting lower and lower.It is necessary to take drainage and gas production measures in time to discharge the bottom hole liquid,so as to restore the productivity of gas wells and maintain a long production cycle.Among them,the plunger gas lift technology is considered to be the most economical and effective drainage gas production technology.It has been applied to some highly deviated and horizontal wells,but plunger gas lift theory is based on the conditions of vertical wells,which is quite different from the highly deviated and horizontal wells.The influence of well deviation angle is not considered,so there are big problems in actual production.To this end,this paper simulates and optimizes the plunger gas lift in highly deviated and horizontal wells,and mainly carries out the following work:(1)By using the law of mass conservation,the equation of momentum balance and other mathematical and physical methods,the dynamic analysis of plunger gas lift process in highly deviated wells and horizontal wells is carried out and its dynamic model is established,taking into account the well inclination,the initial and final state of plunger operation and the force situation.The inflow performance is analyzed in detail to improve the integrity and accuracy of the dynamic process simulation of plunger gas lift;(2)According to the established model,a program is written by Visual Basic software to simulate and calculate the changes of tubing pressure,casing pressure and plunger running speed in a cycle of plunger gas lift.The program is used to calculate the case well to verify the reliability of the model;(3)According to the program prepared,analyze the factors affecting the efficiency of plunger gas lift in the process of operation,evaluate the applicable formation pressure,gas production and liquid production capacity range of the plunger gas lift,and draw a chart of the adaptability range of the plunger gas lift,namely,lifting capacity analysis;(4)Taking the actual field situation as an example,the design method of plunger gas lift process is tested,and the design method is modified and optimized according to the test results.
