Machining center spindle,which provides the cutting force to finish the parts,is the core part of machining center and its performance has influence on both machining accuracy and production efficiency.Once a failure occurs,maintenance is extremely difficult and it seriously affects the production schedule.Therefore,the requirements for the reliability and processing stability motorized spindles is higher.Reliability test technology is an important way to improve the reliability of motorized spindles.Due to the relatively high reliability of motorized spindles,there are fewer failures.It is difficult to evaluate the reliability level with conventional reliability tests.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the existing reliability technology and find suitable methods to shorten the verification time and test time.In this paper,the motorized spindle used in the production line of passenger car powertrains is taken as the research object.With reference to the maintenance records of the same type of machining center motorized spindle,reserch the reliability test and evaluation methods of the motorized spindle of the machining center,and explore the reliability accelerated test technology:(1)This paper analyzes the failure mode effects and criticality analysis,the failure tree of the motorized spindle of the machining center used in the car power assembly line.(2)Establishe the reliability evaluation model and load spectrum of the spindle used in reliability test.Designed the reliability accelerated test for spindle of the machining center.(3)Research on the spindle reliability accelerated test.Establishment of data acquisition system for the performance of motorized spindle.Calculation of degradation trend and failure time of spindle.(4)Research on the teliability evaluation based on the model of weibull distribution and application for spindle real-time evaluation technology.
