By means of experiment and numerical simulation,the influence of sheet meat extrusion thixoforming process parameters on the forming process of micro-channel thin plate was studied.The surface morphology and microstructure of the formed micro-channel components were analyzed.The effects of different process parameters on the structure and properties of the composite were probed.The main contents of this research are as follows:1.A thixoforming experiment system of micro channel sheet metal was built,and the solution was provided for the selection of die material,the design of die structure,the realization of heating and temperature control system and the design of ultrasonic vibration system,which realized the functions of heating,heat preservation,extrusion and demoulding of blank.2.The thixoforming experiment of micro channel sheet metal was carried out.The effects of deformation temperature,extrusion speed,characteristic dimension of micro channel and ultrasonic vibration energy on the load stress relative reduction curve of micro channel sheet metal were studied.The influence of semi-solid metal flow mode on different process parameters was explained.3.By means of SEM,EDS,EBSD and other characterization means,the influence of different process parameters on the surface morphology and microstructure of micro channel sheet metal was studied,the filling performance evaluation parameters of micro channel sheet metal were formulated,and the mechanism of different process parameters on material flow during the thixoforming process of micro channel sheet metal was preliminarily explored.4.The influence of die size on the thixotropic process of microchannel sheet is studied by using deform finite element analysis software and viscoplastic theoretical model.The influence of microchannel width to distance ratio on its forming process is explored by means of equal effect force,equal effect change and height variance,which has certain guiding significance for the actual process.
