Neosinocalamus affinis will change from original green to yellow or gray due to light and heat during its use,which reduces its beauty and affects its use.This paper makes a research on the color preservation of N affinis,discusses the best protection of the green treatment process of N affinis,analyzes the related mechanisms of different protection of green treatment,and tests the performance of bamboo after the treatment of the protection of green,the main results of which are as follows:1.Both PT1 and PT2 treatments had a green protection effect on N affinis.After pre-treatment,the use of 2%PT1 mate concentration of 2%H3PO4,at 60?treatment for3 hours,after treatment,the color of a*value is-9.92;With 0.25%PT2,it is treated for 1hour at 60?,and after processing,the chroma a*value is-11.44,all show excellent green protection effect.2.After PT1 and PT2 green protection treatment,the color of N affinis has better indoor and outdoor durability.After 42 days of indoor endurance testing,the results show:The N affinis block color a*value treated by PT1 in an acidic environment rose from-9.92to-9.78,after PT2 treatment,the N affinis block a*value increased from-11.05 to-6.97,It is shown that the PT1 mixed acid aid treatment has a better indoor greenness retention effect.In the outdoor 18-day test,after PT1 treatment of the N affinis block color a*value of-7.37,after PT2 treatment of the N affinis block a*value of-3.96,indicating that PT1has better outdoor green durability than PT2.3.Pretreatment can remove the waxy layer and silicon-containing substances on the surface of N affinis,and the reason for maintaining the color of N affinis may be that copper ions replace magnesium ions to form stable chlorophyll copper.Using the scanning electron mirror(SEM),the energy spectrum(EDX),TG-FTIR and chlorophyll observed the changes of bamboo before and after the green protection treatment,and analyzed the mechanism of the preservation of green treatment.The pre-treatment was found to allow the surface of N affinis to form a rough porous surface,allowing the potion to enter the interior to produce a reaction;The energy spectrum analysis shows that the pretreatment can move the surface of N affinis containing silicon matter,after using PT1 treatment,N affinis surface copper ion increased,magnesium ion reduction,may be copper ion replacement magnesium ion to generate stable chlorophyll copper to make green to be preserved;4.PT1 and PT2 to protect the green treatment of the mechanical performance of N affinis has little effect.The physical mechanical experiments of N affinis after treatment and untreated N affinis show that the longitudinal compressive strength of N affinis and untreated N affinis after PT1 and PT2 treatment is 61.0 Mpa,79.7 Mpa and 71.8 Mpa,respectively.The transverse compression strength is 6.5 Mpa,11.6 Mpa and 6.0 Mpa,respectively,and the tensile strength along grain is 279.2 Mpa,252.4 Mpa and 247.0 Mpa,respectively.The straight shear strength is 62.0 Mpa,70.4 Mpa and 69.5 Mpa,respectively.The differences in tensile strength,bending strength,transverse compressive strength and longitudinal compressive strength were small before and after treatment indicating that the treatment of N affinis protection and green treatment has little effect on the mechanical properties of N affinis itself.5.The test of N affinis anti-mold treatment for PT1 and PT2 protection showed that the untreated N affinis bamboo green was full of mold on the 8th day and the bamboo yellow was full of mold on the 17th day.After PT1 treatment,N affinis bamboo green in the 17th day was covered with mold,and bamboo yellow showed a certain degree of mold resistance effect,in the 17th day mold is still not full.After PT2 treatment of N affinis bamboo green,bamboo yellow on the 10th and 17th days,respectively,full of mold.The results show that the effect of bamboo yellow anti-mold is better than bamboo green,PT1treatment can better inhibit the growth of mold,especially in the bamboo yellow layer effect is more obvious,and the protection of green treatment on the prevention and control of N affinis hat wood mold without deterioration effect.
