Research On Evaluation Of Financial Core Competence Of Listed Companies In The Iron And Steel Industry Under Environmental Regulation

Since the reform and opening up,the steel industry has been playing an important supporting role in my country's economic construction.In recent years,under the influence of environmental regulations and policies,the development of my country's steel industry has gradually slowed down.The problems of overcapacity and high financial leverage in the steel industry need to be solved urgently.How to better improve the financial core competence of steel companies themselves and the industry as a whole has become a question that must be considered by listed companies in the steel industry in my country.First,based on the development status of listed companies in the steel industry under environmental regulations,the paper introduces the research background and significance of the paper,and summarizes the relevant research literature.Secondly,on the basis of existing research,it defines the concept of core financial capabilities and listed companies in the steel industry,and elaborates on the theoretical basis of environmental regulation theory,sustainable development theory,stakeholder theory and core competence theory.Thirdly,it analyzes the current research status of financial evaluation of listed companies in the iron and steel industry,explores the formation mechanism of the core financial capabilities of listed companies in the iron and steel industry under environmental regulations,and uses factor analysis and entropy methods to evaluate and analyze the sample companies.The research results show that each company has its own advantages and disadvantages in the performance of core financial capabilities,and the performance of each public factor is different.In the comprehensive evaluation,the order of influence of the four public factors are financial strategic ability,financial performance ability,financial resource ability and financial resilience.Finally,on the basis of the evaluation results,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects: optimizing the allocation of resources to enhance the ability of financial resources,establishing competitive thinking to enhance the ability of financial strategy,enhancing internal control to enhance the ability of financial performance,increasing innovation investment to enhance the ability of financial response,and coordinating the relationship between all parties to enhance the financial core ability.
