For a long time,the steel industry,a basic industry,has been an important boost for the development of my country's national economy.While having a high degree of impact on the national economy,the steel industry also has a certain significance in promoting the progress of its upstream and downstream industries.In recent years,my country's steel industry has faced severe problems from many sources,such as the saturation of market demand,increasing competitive pressure,and changes in export tax rates.This makes the financial risks of listed steel companies more prominent.The problems exist and not only exist in the imbalance of supply and demand,the declining efficiency,and the shortage of funds.This situation not only impacts the development of the steel industry,but also has a certain impact on the development of the national economy and the domestic capital market.Therefore,it is necessary to pass financial risk evaluation to lay a solid foundation for steel industry companies to discover and pick up possible financial risks similar to the above.As we all know,financial risks may occur in any of the entire production and operation processes of a company,and steel companies are no exception.As BG shares are one of the leading listed companies in domestic steel companies,it is obviously necessary and predictable to evaluate its financial risks.Based on the above considerations,this article has done these tasks:First,by collecting,sorting,summarizing,and summarizing the previous research literature,many financial risk evaluation methods are obtained and finally the factor analysis method is used to evaluate the financial risk of BG shares.Secondly,combined with the statistics on the financial data of BG shares from 2014 to 2019,a total of 14 financial indicators reflecting the company's financial risks were selected to identify the financial risks of BG shares.Third,the financial data of BG shares from 2000 to 2019 was selected.At the same time,the financial data of 56 listed companies in 2018 were screened according to the classification of the steel industry by Tonghuashun Finance,and the solvency and profitability of the company were analyzed by factor analysis.,Evaluation and analysis of operational capabilities and development capabilities.In the end,by combining the actual situation of BG shares with the above evaluation and analysis results,it is not difficult to draw the conclusion that BG shares' financing capacity,investment capacity and operating capacity are relatively ordinary,solvency and overall conditions are relatively poor,and financial risks are prone to occur.Based on the results of data analysis,corresponding preventive measures are proposed for the financial risks of BG shares.It is expected to provide certain new ideas for the stakeholders of BG shares in the implementation of decision-making,and at the same time,it also has a certain role as a reference for other listed companies in the steel industry.
