In this paper,it is proposed that the air-water jet precipitator should be applied to the working face of rock roadway.The air-water jet is used as the power,and there is no mechanical rotating part in the fan to eliminate the hidden danger of fire and explosion.The application of gas volume big difficult to use water jet filter,parameters of limited cannot meet the requirements,in the process of using water mist too big problems,to solve the key technical problems,create more efficient perfect gas water jet ventilation dust catcher,through numerical simulation and lab experiment on water jet ventilation dust suction air volume and the size of the fog performance research,A certain structure and performance rule is obtained to provide data and technical support for the use of air-water jet fan in the excavating face of rock tunnel synthesis.In this paper,we study the gas volume as well as the parameters of water jet ventilation filter co.,LTD.,approved in limited space(1 x 1.5 m)in the section with percentage change ventilation and dust removal,the size of the venturi jet pipe to increase the number of the combination of venturi and venturi jet pipe in each back-end increase a certain length of spring ram,To achieve the purpose of increasing the air volume of the ventilated dust catcher on the basis of not taking up too much space.For the problem that the water mist at the outlet end of the air-water jet fan is too large when it is working,a kind of screen type mist eliminator is designed through research and installed at a certain position at the end to reduce the size of water mist.Technical research on the key issues,modeling of three-dimensional complex structure through Pro/ E,numerical simulation of Fluent and laboratory experiments,mutual verification analysis of numerical simulation data and laboratory data,draw the conclusion of key technology research of ventilation dust collector as follows: Xshaped solid cone spiral structure is selected as the nozzle structure of venturi jet pipe of air-water jet ventilation precipitator.The maximum air volume can be obtained when two suction chambers with diameters of 550 mm and one with diameters of 400 mm are selected in the section of limited space(1×1.5m).The best length of the rear spring air duct at the back end of the Venturi jet pipe is 3000 mm,which can effectively increase the air absorption capacity of the ventilated dust collector.When the structure of the demister placed at the end chooses the screen type structure,the fog reducing effect is the best.The demister is rectangular box shape and made up of filter mesh.When placed,the axial distance from the end of the spring air duct should be about 300 mm,and it should not be too large or too small.The key technologies of Venturi jet pipe size and combination number,the length of spring air duct,the structure of mist eliminator and the spacing between places are studied,so that the air-water jet ventilation precipitator can meet the requirements of air volume and working environment in the tunnel excavating face.Concluded that the gas water jet ventilation dust catcher the best match between the structure parameters is applied to the huaibei mining yuen shop for an industrial test,the test results data showed that the dust on surface of the rock comprehensive tunneling efficiency can reach 97%,can replace the original dust removal equipment,powered by water jet,the impeller rotating parts to eliminate fire explosion safety concerns,The size of fog in the working environment can be accepted by the field staff,and the working effect of dust and fog reduction can be achieved at the same time.After the optimal matching of key parameters,the air-water jet ventilation precipitator has been successfully applied in the relevant use places,indicating that the air-water jet ventilation precipitator can be widely used in the work places with dangerous explosive gas and dust and bad environment to achieve the use effect of safety,high efficiency and fog reduction.It has theoretical and practical significance for the perfect development of air-water jet ventilation dust collector.
