In this paper,using host-guest interaction and free radical polymerization,cucurbit[6]uril was successfully introduced into the supramolecular polymer system to obtain containing cucurbit[6]uril three-dimensional supramolecular hydrogels and polymers and researched the properties separately.This paper is mainly divided into the following sections:(1)Based on cucurbit[6]uril,hydroxycucurbit[6]uril is obtained by Fenton oxidation method,and then CB[6]-methacrylate is obtained by esterification reaction,and then it is through host-guest interaction combined with Poly(N-butyl-4-vinylpyridine)salt which obtained by quaternization of 4-vinylpyridine obtains the pseudorotaxane monomer PBVP(?)CB[6]MA containing cucurbit[6]uril.The PBVP(?)CB[6]MA complex containing cucurbit[6]uril was subjected to free radical polymerization with N-isopropylacrylamide and acrylamide through a redox initiation system,and successfully prepared poly(N-butyl-4-vinylpyridine)(?)polyN-isopropylacrylamide-co-methacrylate-CB[6](PB VP(?)PAM-co-CB[6]MA)and poly(N-butyl-4-vinylpyridine)cpolyacrylamide-co-methacrylate-CB[6](PBVP(?)PAM-co-CB[6]MA)two types of supramolecules hydrogels with different properties.The structure and properties of supramolecular gels have been studied in detail through 1H-NMR,IR,dynamic light scattering,GPC and rheometer.The experimental results show that PBVP(?)PNIAM-co-CB[6]MA has dual response characteristics of temperature and pH value.By controlling different stimulus response conditions,the length of the polymer chain can be controlled,which in turn affects the particle size of the polymer and the LCST of the polymer.So for the PBVP(?)PAM-co-CB[6]MA system,different acrylamide concentrations,temperatures and pH values can control the length of the polymer chain,which in turn affects the particle size of the polymer,and the gel system does not have temperature response characteristics.(2)In this paper,CB[6]-methacrylate is used as raw material to carry out free radical polymerization with N-isopropylacrylamide and acrylamide respectively using a redox initiation system,to prepared poly N-isopropylacrylamide-co-CB[6]methacrylate(PNIAM-co-CB[6]MA)and polyacrylamide-co-methacrylate CB[6](PAM-co-CB[6]MA).The structure and properties of the polymer were characterized by 1H-NMR,IR,dynamic light scattering and GPC.The supramolecular interactions of two types of different copolymers(PNIAM-co-CB[6]MA and PAM-co-CB[6]MA)and PBVP were studied respectively.The results show that pH,temperature and monomer concentration will affect the particle size and stimulus response performance of the polymer.Therefore,the properties of the polymer can be adjusted by changing the external conditions.Considering the properties of polymers,this material has great potential application value in drug delivery and drug sustained release.In order to further investigate the characteristics of the polymer used as a drug carrier,this paper uses 5-fluorouracil as a model molecule to study the inclusion release.By changing the external environment,the effect of stimulating the slow release can be achieved.The results show that the polymer has a good drug release effect.
