Research On Quality Risk Management Of Cooperative Production On H Cigarette Industry Enterprise

As we all know,the tobacco industry is a special industry and a monopoly system is implemented.Under this system,tobacco planting,production,and marketing are under planned control.H Cigarette Industry Enterprise is located in the economically developed provinces of the Yangtze River Delta.At the same time,the market acceptance is higher and the product quality is better.It has always been favored by consumers.But limited by the production plan,the cigarette products of H Cigarette Industry Enterprise have been in short supply.In view of this,H Cigarette Industry Enterprise has started co-production since 2010.It selected cigarette manufacturers with surplus planning resources across the country to carry out brand cooperative processing.Due to the differences in the basic management,quality control,and employee quality of the selected companies,coupled with the different geographical locations and climatic conditions of different companies,there are differences in the quality of co-produced products,resulting in greater quality risks.In this context,this article combines the current status of cooperative production of H Cigarette Industry Enterprise,especially the many shortcomings of cooperative production,to study the risk management of cooperative production quality of H Cigarette Industry Enterprise,and to solve four aspects of the problem: First,the categories of the quality risks in the cooperative production.The second is how to identify the quality risks of cooperative production.The third is how to evaluate the quality risks of cooperative production.Fourth,how to control the quality risks of cooperative production.This article first defines the related concepts of cooperative production quality risks and risk management based on the literature review,and elaborates the theory and methods of risk assessment and risk response.Secondly,it introduces the current status of cooperative production of the tobacco industry and H Cigarette Industrial Enterprise;analyzes the categories of the quality risks in the cooperative production.Thirdly,select the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis(FMEA)and supplement it with the Brainstorming Method and the Flow Chart Method.From the management and business level,through investigation and research,special conferences,combined with a large amount of historical data and information,identify the production quality risks of the H Cigarette Industrial Enterprise,and conduct risk analysis and evaluation and calculate the RPN of H Cigarette Industry Enterprise.Then,based on the evaluation results,according to the Pareto's Law,and combined with the current status of H Cigarette Industrial Enterprise,the medium and high risk items that need to be addressed are determined.From the organizational,institutional,and technical levels,risk response measures are formulated and implemented,and the response effects are predicted.Finally,the deficiencies of the research on the cooperative production quality risk management of H Cigarette Industry Enterprise are summarized,and the next research directions are proposed.
