With the rapid development of the national economy in recent years,the process of urbanization in China has been further accelerated and the scale of urban population has been expanded.As a result,the original urban transport routes have been overwhelmed.The urban rail transit industry have developed rapid,the number of open rail transit cities and the number of kilometers to running more and more,which has brought a lot of convenience to people travel.On the other hand,the rail transit projects have very complex technology,very long duration,very many and unpredictable risk factors,and the risk management of engineering project is not enough in systematic,scientific and subjective investment,which makes the construction of the recent rail transit projects in frequent accidents,bringing great loss to the national economy.Based on the risk management of power supply operation safety control system project of Ningbo Subway Line 1,the paper first systematically studies the theoretical knowledge of risk management and project risk management.Through the understanding of the safety control system of power supply in Ningbo Subway Line 1,the paper analyzes the risk management characteristics in the rail transit projects such as high technical requirement,long construction period and complicated surrounding environment.On this basis,all kinds of risk factors are distinguished and classed for the Ningbo subway 1 line power supply work safety control system project through the expert investigation method,the system analysis method,etc.Then,the probability of occurrence and the degree of harm of the identified risk factors were evaluated and graded.According to the evaluations,the overall risk of this project is small,and the project is controllable with low management cost.Finally,combining with the actual situation of the power supply operation safety control system project,the paper puts forward the reasonable control index and the risk control measures in stages,and realizes the monitoring of the effect of the control measures.This paper could be used for reference for similar rail transit projects.
