TATB(1,3,5-triamino-2,4,6-trinitrobenzene)is a high-energy insensitive explosive.When TATB is refined to a certain degree,its explosion law will be closer to the ideal state.The internal energy is released in the form of an explosion.However,traditional refinement methods have disadvantages such as difficulty in scaling up and uneven particle size distribution.In this paper,micro-nano TATB was prepared by physical recrystallization and chemical synthetic method,and the microreactor was applied to the above two processes for the first time.Establish a micro-reaction system with Caterpillar micromixer as the core and prepare nano TATB by physical crystallization in this system.The experiments were performed in two systems:concentrated H2SO4-water and DMSO/alkali-acid systems,and the two principles of recrystallization were studied.The results show that the minimum particle size is obtained when the solvent to non-solvent flow ratio is 0.5:4.0,the residence time is 18.85 s,and the solution concentration is 0.005 g·m L-1 in a concentrated H2SO4-water system.Its D50 is 390nm,Smaller than reported 2?5?m particle size reported in the literature;In the DMSO/Base-acid system,the solvent-to-non-solvent flow ratio was 2:3,the residence time was 16.96 s,and the mass concentration of nitric acid was 2%.The minimum particle diameter D50 was 406 nm,less than 5?m particle size reported in the literature.Micro-nano TATB was synthesized directly by the conventional amination reaction of TETNB(1,3,5-triethoxy-2,4,6-trinitrobenzene).The results show that the smallest particle size is obtained with isopropanol as the solvent,the reaction concentration is 0.002 g·m L-1,the reaction temperature is 25?,and the rotation speed is 400 r/min.D50 is 2.070?m,which is much smaller than an average particle diameter of 20?m reported in the literature;In terms of yield,using DMI(1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolinone)as a solvent,the highest yield obtained at a reaction temperature of 55?,a rotation speed of 300 r/min,and a reaction concentration of0.01 g·m L-1 can reach 95.4%.A Caterpillar micro-mixer was used as the core to establish a micro-reaction system.In this system,chemical synthetic method was used to directly aminate TETNB to synthesize micro-nano TATB,at the same time,the elaboration mechanism was further explained.The experimental results show that in terms of particle size,the two fluids have a flow rate of 2.0m L·min-1,a residence time of 21.20 s,a reaction temperature of 25?and a reaction concentration of 0.01 g·m L-1.The minimum particle diameter D50 is 3.432?m.When the flow rate is 1.0 m L·min-1,the residence time is 42.40 s,the reaction concentration is 0.01g·m L-1,and the maximum yield is 71.6%when the reaction temperature is 55?.
